Awesome experience. I called in the morning to set up an appointment to get a pressure reducer valve and to check some of my own amateur hour plumbing skills. I was immediately impressed by the level of service and attention I got in scheduling an appointment for the next day. An hour later they called back with a cancellation and were at my house within the next hour.

Great work, good price and I'll definitely call back for all future plumbing needs.

My husband and I made an appointment at Litt's for February 22, 2022 to look and pick out a kitchen sink and faucet.  We had a young girl who appeared fairly new she had to stop and ask other's question while helping us. We were there at least 2 hours picked out the sink and faucet. She wrote down what we picked out and handed it to us. I said dont you need to make a copy and take our name and number and she laughed and said Yes Of Course and then said she would give to owner and 'someone will call you'.
Today is April 16,2022 and no-one has called us. I understand if you are backed on orders and busy but no-one can call and say anything like we didn't forget you and we want your business? .
No I didn't call them I wanted to see how long or if they ever would. In the meantime we took our business elsewhere and already have the sink and faucet.

Be aware he will take your money and run and change his number. He he scammed a lot of single woman out of there money. Please contact Secretary of State and Ohio attorney general with any concerns.

He is in a lot of legal trouble with the state and another state for money embezzlement. The owner is trouble don't let the inexpensive prices suck you in you will be out of money and possible theft from your home! His name is Charles anthony jones. Birthdate in febrauary do your research!

I'm hurting right now for the thousands and thousands of dollars he stole.

Go elsewhere! Beware! If you have water damage after installation will not assume responsibilty nor file a claim with his insurance company.

Installed faulty item, then when needed for my homeowners insurance expected the buyer to purchase the faulty item.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....
