Rob came out to do a walk thru with me,  looking at the various things I need done around my house.  He was friendly,  professional, and his knowledge and experience were appreciated!  He put together a plan of action, and left with me peace,  knowing the job will be done well and with integrity.  I look forward to the upgrades and repairs and will gladly recommend him to anyone in need of handyman services!

In my humble opinion, Ray and team are consummate professionals. Not only did Ray walk me through some of the nuances of pool ownership, answering my 500 questions (which could probably be answered via Google or YouTube, honestly) and walking me through my personal pool layout/setup, but he did it all without expecting anything. We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. It doesn't hurt you and can only benefit your situation to have a solid expert opinion on your money pit...I mean pool.

We needed a new water heater installed ASAP. I set up a package deal at a local home improvement store that included installation and was referred to the folks over at KW Mechanical. Two gentlemen showed up the same day and although they were both nice and polite the lead guy was clearly looking for reasons they couldn't do the job. I was told my flue was not venting properly and would have to have an HVAC person come over and fix the problem. A local HVAC person stopped by later the same day, checked the flue and venting and said it was fine. He explained the flue needs a heat source to actually reverse the flow of air outward. He demonstrated this and the flue vented just fine. By now, it was too late to have the installers come back out and when I talked to someone at KW Mechanical they were still resisting doing anything until the flue was redesigned to their liking. So I cancelled this install and went to another home improvement store and purchased a combo package that included the water heater and the install. Strangely enough I was referred to this same company but quickly cancelled them in favor of another installer who never called me back. Long story short, I found another installer who came out this morning (Saturday), did the job in a short amount of time, went over everything with me, showed me how to operate the water heater, and gave me a flat price for the job which was significantly cheaper than this company was going to charge (BTW, KW Mechanical was going to nickel and dime me on every little thing). Oh, and he also checked the flue and it worked just fine. So bottom line -- don't waste your time with KW Mechanical.

Rip off Co came for service call. The contactor was bad .They charged me $400
FOUND OUT contactor part they installed was $25 PART on ebay and amazon

They then called me to see if I was satisfied with them. I said no u ripped me off they had no positive response what a pathetic co.
