Good, quality work, and just honest and fair. It's refreshing to know someone still cares about their trade and their customers and not just profit.

I will definitely use RBS again.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life: they created a problem, terrorized me over the nature and severity of the problem, before presenting me with an invoice (and some sort of monthly loan to pay it off), that was off by a factor of 2X from 2 other companies. They charged me $200+ to make a dubious problem worse than they found it, never completing the work I was billed for and paid.

If you use them, get other bids for whatever work  they propose.
