Today we had to have someone come out to snake our drain . What a blessing that they sent McGregor Santos , he was patient and determined to get the job done . After hours and lots of trouble he kept on until it was complete , thank you for being honest and hardworking.

Will not be using their services ever again. We use them at our HOA and are supposed to receive a discount for our continued loyalty and patronage. However, the technician that installed my newly purchased garbage disposal did not honor this and looked at my like he didn't know what I was talking about. I've only used this plumbing service as my neighbors have as well. I was disappointed that I was overcharged for a job that took less than minutes. Poor customer service and I will make sure to let others know in my HOA that our loyalty is no longer valued to this plumbing business. I feel ripped off for paying almost $300.00 for such a small task and no discount as previously promised
