Pt. Loma Plumbing sent out a fellow named Mark to see what I wanted to do.  Mark explained everything to me and the difference between the good and not so good tankless water heaters and each of their warranties as well as the service Pt. Loma Plumbing offers which was better than most without the extended warranty fees.

Not only did Mark give me the estimate he was also the installer with an assistant which says a lot to me.  No hype! just outstanding customer service and professionalism, neat and clean after installation, explaining the operation of the tankless not just handing me a manual.
I can't say enough about Mark and everyone at Pt. Loma Plumbing.  Trust me, I believe I spoke with all who worked there because I had so many questions not ever having a tankless water heater before.
