If you need a great HVAC company these guys are the best in the area of 92129!    I have used several companies over the years at several properties and this company does a CLEAN INSTALL!   Fred is the best!

Had a new water heater installed by THA yesterday.  The technicians, William & Ismael, were very capable and efficient, and definitely went the extra mile.  The same goes for the owner, Matthew; super helpful!
They'll be working on a leaky pipe next; will be my go-to people for anything of this nature in the future.

Jorge was fabulous. He arrived on time works efficiently and quickly and left the bathroom as he found it. He was also very courteous and skilled at imparting his knowledge of my fundamental plumbing plumbing problem. The website and scheduling process was very intuitive an easy and I was informed by text every step of the way.

My hall bathroom had no hot water.  I called a friend to see if he could help, well that turned into a huge disaster, I will never do that again.  I will only call Anderson.  I called late in the afternoon, they were able to set an appointment the next day.  Dave came out on time, showed me what the original problem was and how it could have been fixed reasonably and quickly.  Calling the friend, cost me HUGE.  Dave fixed all the friend's mistakes in a timely manner, covered everything in the bathroom so he did not leave a mess.  Went over some options for some other fixes I need to have done.  I will use Anderson again and I will recommend them.
