Best Water Damage Restoration in Chesapeake VA

Great service. Hot water heater died late Sunday night. Set up appointment online. Lee Huffman a representative from Roto-Rooter came out and told me what had happened, and how they could replace it, etc. Came back early morning with the new hot water heater and installed it. Hot water works perfect!
The best part is, he estimated to be here for about 4 hours, but was done in about 2. He underpromised and over delivered!

Poor communication is my first complaint, second it's been three weeks and they have still not sent someone out to finish the work, and can't get an answer on that. They had to pull up our wood floor and chipped 4 kitchen tiles in the process. We are told they will replace those four tiles and I'm sure you'll be able to tell that the grout doesn't match. They also scraped the wall significantly and told me it was from the tape used for containment- dThere is absolutely no way that's even possible. So upset and frustrated.
Update- STILL have not been contacted by anyone to follow up with this
