Only thing that keeps them from being 5 stars is the cost for the short time involved, but the fact that they didn't charge more for weekends and holidays  is a big plus.  I had a clogged kitchen drain that I had tried to clear with a drain snake along with drain cleaners, both the gel and foaming kind with no success, and although i had gotten it to go from no draining at all to a very, and i do mean very slow drain, i decided it was time to call in the pros.  I called on a Sunday and technician was at the door within 2 hours.  Only took about 15-20 minutes for him to actually clear the drain but he did a good job explaining that food disposals are a big cause of the clogs as they commonly don't break down food enough, as well as there are several different types of foods that shouldn't be put down it, such as starchy foods.  Anyways, included in the price was a 6 month warranty on the service along with about a gallon bottle of enzyme drain cleaner to help prevent further issues, enough to last several years.

Ernie and Carlos were amazing! Our sewage grinder pump went out over the Memorial Day weekend.  They showed up and had the new pump order to install the next day. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Chesapeake Office and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.
