I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

Brain and his employee Clint did a very good job installing some security lights with motion detection at the rear of our home. His recommended light fixture choices with leds was excellent , as the light beams completely bath the back porch and sides in very bright clean light. Installation took just a few hours and they cleaned after themselves , not leaving pieces of wire or dust around after drilling the walls for two switches. Their prices were reasonable and I recommend this company

Long-term customer and have seen a deterioration in the level of service.  They used to be more responsive and customer oriented.  Last minute cancellations (literally called at the exact minute of our appointment to cancel) after appointment booked a month out and shuffling our own work schedules to accommodate, is frustrating.  They maintain two stars bcs the actual workers who come out to do the heavy lifting are always great; however the office and support staff are now seriously lacking in customer awareness and service skills.
