Best Appliance Installation in Chesapeake VA

I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

We bought a fixer-upper house that needed a lot of work. We also bought a hot tub. I can't begin to praise how house-knowledgeable and how hot-tub knowledgable these folks are! Believe me, not all electricians are hot-tub savvy. We looked in the beginning, and these folks are a God-send! They guarantee their work, too! AND they can be there in a pinch, if need be.

After a few hiccups and email exchanges with a manager we got our system serviced by Becca. Shes was extremely professional, patient and very detailed. We do have some follow up work that needs to be done and detailed lots of route and options. She wasnt at all pushy. They did apologize for previous failing as that is not their usual and made things right for us.
