We have used One Shot Installation for several projects -both electrical and plumbing. They are very good about getting to the job quickly and getting it done right. I am impressed with their professionalism before, during and after the job. Their expertise when it comes to electrical repairs is impressive. I am thankful for the competence when it comes to plumbing as well since we have several rental properties that often need attention.  Fair prices too!

Do not Trust this company. They quoted me $1400 for a fan motor on the outside unit, just had another company complete the job for $375. This is an outrageously high estimate and my belief is they wanted to push me into the bigger sale of a new unit.

Jun 30, 2023.. I live in Sun lakes but own a manufactured home in Mesa where 2 close senior friends ( 75-79) live. Both have poor health and cannot go without water. At 8:15ish one of the seniors called to tell me there was water in laundry room and kitchen. I called George Brazil on emergency call. The dispatcher advised $250 for call. A tech was dispatched.  The GB tech called around 10:15ish and advised that he needed to cut hole in drywall to gain access! I approved. He discovered the Plex waterline behind W/D had burst. I advised the tech to work with the senior D..  Next morning, I contacted my friends and was advised that GB cut the wall and replaced the pexline clamp with a Shark Bite clamp. GB tech inspected underneath the home. The service tech collected $890.00 from my seniors and suggest waterline replacements! The tech told my friend he would call me on Monday!  The tech called me, told me what he had done after I asked, why a $250.00 ER call became $900.00!  He proceeded to tell me the work he preformed and recommended that we do a water line re-piping under manufacture home! I asked what a guess estimate to re-pipe might be at which time he said with my style manufactured home near $7,000.00!! I blew a fuse. I advised the tech that prior to my purchase of the home in September 2020, the home had been re-piped in 2019 due to a water main break. The conversation ended moments later. I called GB's offices and asked to speak with management. Receive a call back from M, which lead no-where!! He said the tech billed 3 1/2 hours of service time! The tech was dispatched and drove from Peoria to Mesa, AZ. My senior said tech was there just over 2 hours. END RESULT: George Brazil cost $890.00 to cut hole in wall, inspect, install a Shark Bite clamp and inspect underneath the home. ( the tech moved W/D out of way)..  So I had to hire someone to Repair the drywall $333.00. In the following days, I had (2) two plumbing inspections $149.00 and $252.00, both stating the pipes were good and they could see areas where piping had been replaced! This total experience cost me $1,625.00 and George Brazil's management could care less!!!  I felt they sell unneeded services on the consumer and/or uneducated seniors. This is my 3rd run in with GB trying to over-sale services. The first two GB run-ins, I was smarter but this 6/30/23 issue was an emergency and I did not ask the right questions.  MAKE SURE you get second options and do research before going with George Brazil or the other big name plumbers!!! BE SMART!
