I just love these guys!  They are always on time (sometimes early!), do a great job and are reasonably priced.  I trust them completely!   I recommend them to everyone I know, and they have all been as happy as I have been.

My sewer was plugged and my bathtub would not drain. MOSES CAME TO THE RESCUE!! HE HAD ME RUN WATER INTO THE TUB. Flush the toilet several times.  Took a plunger several times to the drain and it finally started draining.mosea saved the day!! I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. I arrived home Monday afternoon and my AC wasn't working. It was 100 degrees outside. After calling several local larger companies for help I was told they wouldn't be able to schedule me to be seen until the following week... Really?!

We came home from Vacation to a leak in our kitchen. At Neighborhood recommendation called Cornelius and had a wonderful experience. He came immediately, and shut off water. Recommended leak detection who also came over fast. Cornelius then came back in the evening and spend about three hours fixing our leak. The leak was under our Kitchen Island and not easy to reach. By that night leak was fixed and water was back on. Cornelius and his partner were great to work with and kept us informed all through process. Also came in right on budget. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company. I called them to check a leak I had coming from my furnace and they told me everything was okay and that there was absolutely no leak. I continued to smell gas coming into my vents so I called Affordable Services for a second opinion and they immediately detected the gas leak coming from my furnace.
