Today Donner Plumbing & Heating sent Juan to our home. He was here at the time promised, thank you, and installed a new kitchen faucet we provided. I anticipated the install would take an hour and a half, he finished 45 minutes after he arrived!!! Thrilled with the install and the respect Juan showed during the install, protecting our counters and adhering to social distancing and wearing a mask the entire time he was in our home. This is a great plumber and we will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs. Thank you Juan and Donner Plumbing.

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. Eli mentioned that he comes from 3 generations of water technicians and how fast and efficient they worked proves his credentials. We wanted to get a second estimate for running a gas line to our existing fireplace. They came out and said they could do the job and would email an estimate. Waited 2 weeks and no email. Called them and the woman who answered the phone looked us up and said an estimate had not been done and she would talk to the project manager and get back to us. That was 2 weeks ago. No phone call. A month now and no estimate. Sounds like they didn't think the job was worth the effort. Our first bid was $1000. I would assume that they would be approximately the same, more or less. I guess $1000 is a small job and not worth the effort. We would have appreciated some honesty from this company stating they wouldn't do the job rather than stringing us along for 4 weeks. Going back to the other company and paying the $1000.

As a local read Realtor we have various experiences with plumbers. I have found Korco and Cornelius (owner) the most cost effective an honest plumber I have come across.

These guys are not only limited to heating and cooling, but do full service plumbing as well. When our sewer backed up (on a Saturday at that) their lead plumber showed up within 30 minutes. He resolved the issue in less than an hour, was friendly, and did not leave a huge mess behind. Prompt, professional, and efficient!
