Best Bathroom Remodeling in Albuquerque NM
When my wife and I were looking to get our bathroom remodeled, it was out first big project in updating our house. After looking around at different contractors, we decided on Freemans Finest because they took the time to listen to what we wanted, worked within the budget we had, and gave us a beautiful bathroom in return. Through the entire process, Earl, the owner, was involved and kept us updated along the way on any problems they were experiencing, and also expected milestones they were going to complete along the way. The team working was able to correct any problems along the way when dealing with an older house, updating items like electrical and plumbing that weren't originally in scope, all while remaining in the timeline we were given. The team working here were incredibly conscientious of what they were doing, always cleaning up any common space they happen to be in that day before leaving for the night, as well as being very polite and friendly the entire time working on this project. We plan to have our kitchen remodeled as well and won't hesitate to work with Freeman's Finest again on that project because they were true professionals the entire time and do fantastic work. What really made me feel at ease when working with Earl, was he always reassured us that He doesn't leave until we're happy and it's been true.

What a waste of $700. I was a fan for years, but I'm so disappointed now. After they didn't show up 3 appointments in a row in November, they finally came out and charged a huge amount for what they now call a small fix. I had just left town long term when they fixed the furnace. I asked about the guarantee and by phone they said 1 year. I told them to go ahead since I was out of town and I trusted them. They replaced my programmable thermostat for a super cheap one that won't shut off. I only noticed now that I'm back here to see the work. The flame is on a full, high blast and the house is sweltering, it won't turn off. Tenants didn't notice during the winter but now it's been burning huge amounts of gas even though the thermostat has been off 2 months. Now Tony and Mike say it's only a 90-day guarantee for such a small fix which cost me $700. I'll have to pay weekend prices to have them fix their faulty work. I should have gone with the company my tenants found, the estimate was way lower. But I trusted Marathon and wanted them to do the work since I was out of town. They didn't stand by the warranty that the woman told me about on the phone and they will never have my business again.
