They were kind, professional and they are my new go-to if I have plumbing problems. I had an excellent experience. After the hard freeze when I turned on the washing machine, it came out on the wall. I thought it was a busted pipe, found it was just frozen. He also put a garbage disposal in for me. They came sooner than the dispatcher quoted. He had me fixed up in less than an hour's time.

Simply the BEST!!!!!!!!! Friendly prompt reasonable service. The owners are truly concerned with whatever problem you have to repair. We have used their services multiple times on different repairs and every time the service was excellent ,FRIENDLY ,and very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing problem.

We had a clogged sink that no matter how much Draino was used just wouldn't unclog. So I called and Caleb was able to schedule me the same day. He was able to unclog the sink in minimal time and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him!

I was trying to replace my kitchen faucet and ran into some troubles so I figured I needed a professional. I came across Ryan on a Facebook post and gave him a call. He was at my house in an hour, jumped right into fixing the sink as soon as he showed up, and had it up and working very quickly!! Thankful I now have a local trusted plumber on speed dial!! They were professional, reliable and affordable. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and didn't try to upsell me. There were some issues following up with the quote and getting the appointment set up, but I think that might have been a temporary issue. Overall, I would hire them again.

I called Gary Singleterry when we had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He said he was working at a rental and was only about a half mile away. Two and one half hours later he had not arrived. I called back and he said he was painting and would come when he was done and could not tell me when that would be. When I told him I had been waiting for two and a half hours he LAUGHED at me and said I didn't know you were going to wait. What did this idiot think I was going to do. This man has no respect for his customers or for their time.

They were able to come out the same day I called which was great. Unclogged my kitchen sink at a lower price then quoted which was great. My dish sprayer was hooked back up incorrectly but when I contacted the company the next day they came out and made it right. I will use them again if the need arises.

I used this company via my American Home Shield warranty.  Originally they were unable to schedule me in until tomorrow but since I had no heat they were able to fit me in, I was told some time between 12-4.  They called at 1:00 said he would be at my house in 20 minutes (I got here in 15 & he was waiting on me).  He quickly found the problem, showed it to me and explained the issue, fixed it in 15 minutes.  I couldn't be happier and will definitely used them again.
