My first experience with Bowers Plumbing was better than I hoped. We just bought our first home and noticed something not draining properly. After seeing reviews about cost and timeliness, I called Bowers.
We scheduled for someone to come out, who called before they arrived. After we hung up, I got a text with a brief biography and photo. This put me at ease and made me comfortable with the person and service I was receiving before they ever arrived. It was a quick fix and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing!

They fixed our leaking outside water faucets.  Great service and reasonable price!

I was trying to replace my kitchen faucet and ran into some troubles so I figured I needed a professional. I came across Ryan on a Facebook post and gave him a call. He was at my house in an hour, jumped right into fixing the sink as soon as he showed up, and had it up and working very quickly!! Thankful I now have a local trusted plumber on speed dial!! My toilet  and tub  Was overflowed and backed up the guy came to the door without a mask he went in the house he was going to take the toilet off and I told him know I'd like it to be snaked out from the utility room you left the screwdriver said he'd be back to get more supplies in a donut he never returned I called his boss Todd Todd said somebody else was going to show up this was for nobody showed I had an appointment at 11 with these people don't expect them to be on time don't them expect to wear PPE don't expect them to have shoe coverings either they wanted to charge me $255 the other guys came out this morning at 8 like he promised and it was only $140 I will Dutchman's Plumbing from here out

They were professional, reliable and affordable. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and didn't try to upsell me. There were some issues following up with the quote and getting the appointment set up, but I think that might have been a temporary issue. Overall, I would hire them again.

Great service showed up early knew what they were doing , cleaned up after them selves treated me as a customer with respect .
Down side is there a little pricey .

Their workmanship was ok but they were way over priced. My issue is they left 4 ft mounds of dirt in my yard and when I questioned this they assured me it would settle over the next year and if not leveled in a year to call them and they would finish the job. I called in a year because mounds are still at least 2 ft tall. They advised me they are not landscapers and called me a liar that they didn't tell me this. They blocked me from facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. Another lady that was on KAKE TV problem solvers for the same complaint.in 2014

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner treated my good friends extremely disrespectful simply because the color of their skin.. Save your money and go else where...

They responded right away to fix our plumbing problems. They are professional and efficient. They are the best.

If I could rate zero I certain would!   I used On time Plumbing & Heating via my home warranty (American Home Shield) for a simple dripping faucet.  The drip was minor (less than a table spoon during an 8 hour time frame); however, we are preparing to move and I wanted the drip stopped.  The tech said we had sediment in the screen, so he cleaned and replaced the screen.  The result...our water pressure was DRAMATICALLY reduced and the drip was SIGNIFICANTLY increased (a drinking glass was filled in three hours).  When I called to have someone return to correct the issues I was told they could come between 8 and 4 two days out.  No rush for their error and no apologies for their error. Needless to say, I contacted American Home Shield and informed them of the issue (they were less than helpful); however, I informed them that they should reconsider using this company.  I may or may not be out my home warranty deductible for this visit, but I will get the problem On Time Plumbing created (and intensified) with a plumber I select!

Shame on you, On Time Plumbing & Heating for poor workmanship and poor customer service!!!

Very unprofessional and vulgar towards women , I called him and asked if he provided service would he bill us. (meaning we didn't have the money that day)
he unclogged the drain then demanded payment or a post dated check right then , we explained I had just started a new job and when I got paid he'd get it. He sent me a text message almost every day for 2 weeks being unprofessional  using strong arm tactics and threats of taking us to court, until finally i had to block him. Then he refused the payment on the 7th so we would have to go to court , he said he would get us for more money in court. I saved the original money order he refused and the judge made him take it on the 17th plus court cost. It's sad with a name like faithful plumbers he wouldn't work with us , Very Poor customer service! Would not recommend!

Our clog was bad enough it was backing up into our toilet and shower. Enter: MVP. Cleaned us out, told us we were set. We were not - in fact, it's now even worse than before. Told we had a warranty, so we called and asked him to come back out. Said he would be out first thing this morning. Well, he's now ignoring us, and when we paid he claimed the card reader was down and so we needed to pay via Venmo or a different way. Now it seems like he did this so we couldn't contest the issue; now we're out the $500 it cost to snake the drain, and will have to pay a higher price to another company (since it's been getting worse since the issue was never fixed) and are without plumbing once again. Not enough integrity to even call us and let us know he wouldn't be out. I'd say he left us high and dry, but the basement is too flooded to say that. We only went with MVP because he was the only one that'd come on the weekend, but DON'T DO IT! Just wait for a company that will honor their warranty. Nice enough folks, but don't trust them if your issue seems like it might require any sort of diagnostics. They're probably fine if you just needed your drain snaked, though.
