I have used Bowers Plumbing for many years (the last 17 years or so to be exact) and they always do a top notch job, are courteous, and take the time to explain what work needs to be done and why.  The biggest reason I use Bowers Plumbing is they do the job right every time for a fair price.  Jim Bowers and his plumbers are great to work with and truly care about your satisfaction.  5 Stars!

Called them out to unclog a pipe in one of the spare bathrooms and they did a great job and was very professional. They cleaned up the area they worked in and didn't leave a mess like some plumbers do. Prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I was trying to replace my kitchen faucet and ran into some troubles so I figured I needed a professional. I came across Ryan on a Facebook post and gave him a call. He was at my house in an hour, jumped right into fixing the sink as soon as he showed up, and had it up and working very quickly!! Thankful I now have a local trusted plumber on speed dial!! We needed our whole sewer system replaced.  The cleanout was in the basement.  Put there when they put a basement under this house in 1968.  The clay was broken  and things were backing up.  They were called and they came out and gave us an estimate.  We set up a appointment  and they showed up that day and when I got off work for lunch they were already done.   They hooked up 3 feet down at our basement and went out 30 feet to a main 10 feet down.    Excellent  job.   Eveything works smoothly.  I would highly reccomend them.

They were professional, reliable and affordable. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and didn't try to upsell me. There were some issues following up with the quote and getting the appointment set up, but I think that might have been a temporary issue. Overall, I would hire them again.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for an estimate on a basement window that leaked when it rains.  Plumber came out and after 15 minutes said he needed to rebuild the area of our BRAND NEW house around the window and replace the window.  Stated he would not be able to replace the siding he was going to have to tear off our brand new house, we would have to contact our builder for that.  Estimtate?  $2500..  Called another honest professional.  It was a $26 piece of weather striping around the window that needed to be replaced.  Was not charged a diagnostic charge by Loren at Boyer Plumbing and he fixed it in 30 minutes.  Boyer Plumbing is the company to call.  Loren is honest, hard working and we have never called anyone but him since that

I must say that the guy, Cooper, who came to our house was very personable and introduced himself. The hard part was that we worked with Service Line Warranty (we'd not had a problem before) and they scheduled us for Monday between 8am & noon. The time was okayed over the phone, by computer and my husband got two notices over his cellphone as to the time. At 12:15 my husband called your office and told them who he was and if they were coming as scheduled. The woman on the other end said that we were scheduled but not until 3:15 on Monday, when told about the scheduling my husband was told that she didn't do the scheduling. It seems to me that if a company is going to work with Service Line Warranty the company would work together with them to serve the customer and not make them wait. My husband is a disabled veteran and when we called originally Thursday we had to wait THREE days, unable to 'poop' in our own toilet until our toilet could be snaked out. Then we had to wait extra because PD Plumbing didn't work with Service Line Warranty. Usually I do some housework Monday and I couldn't do most of it because I needed water. We will use Service Line Warranty again but not PD Plumbing.

They responded right away to fix our plumbing problems. They are professional and efficient. They are the best.

I absolutely love On Time Plumbing & Heating. The plumbing division practically lives at my house. I was provided with a warranty when I purchased the house 3mo ago (thank goodness), and OTPH is contracted through the warranty co. So far, the plumbers have been at my house AT LEAST 5x's for various issues that keep arising. Because I have had so many issues, I have started replacing things (like my sump pump) before they break. Obviously replacing a sump pump just because is not covered under warranty but because I like the company (the 3 different plumbing technicians and the dispatch gal - Liz) so much, I choose to continue using them even when I don't have to. I have also used OTPH on my hvac unit (liked that tech too). The technicians are always super nice, resolve the issue on the first visit, keep me informed of what's going on, their visits are quick, and they're on time! Most recently, my garbage disposal started leaking, and I didn't notice until there was water on my basement floor. I was freaking out about mold. The tech told me to call my insurance co and have them send someone to inspect for mold. I would have never thought to do that. I highly recommend OTPH!

Do not give this man your business or trust!!!  We hired him to install a new tankless hot water heater in August 2015 and he used pipe that clearly states in the manual and on the warning sticker that it is not to be used and is both dangerous and illegal!  His venting of our heater was pumping carbon monoxide and other dangerous fumes into our home!  We scheduled three different appointments for him to come correct the vent issue and Faybien no called/no showed for all three appointments.  We had to hire another plumber to fix his mistake which cost us $1,000!  Faybien did agree to pay back the money and requested a payment plan and then failed to make a single payment.  We had to take him to small claims court and he did not show up, resulting in a default judgment in our favor.  His work is dangerous and will cost you more in the long run!! Beware!

This company was sent to me by my home warranty company. They came did a great job on the water heater. He was paid on the spot advising me the home warranty company could not pay him due to his card reader being down.  He was paid over $1400.  Now he refuses to return calls to me or the Home Warranty company to provide me with refund as home warranty company has paid as well. No happy very disappointed.
