They were kind, professional and they are my new go-to if I have plumbing problems. I had an excellent experience. After the hard freeze when I turned on the washing machine, it came out on the wall. I thought it was a busted pipe, found it was just frozen. He also put a garbage disposal in for me. They came sooner than the dispatcher quoted. He had me fixed up in less than an hour's time.

They were professional, reliable and affordable. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and didn't try to upsell me. There were some issues following up with the quote and getting the appointment set up, but I think that might have been a temporary issue. Overall, I would hire them again.

We had a number of plumbing issues which we had been putting off.  We contacted Wichita Plumbing Company and they were able to come out the next morning.
I was very impressed with the way they moved about from one fixit job to the next.  No time was wasted whatsoever.  They cleaned as they went along and literally left the area cleaner than when they came in.  
We asked them to install new lines, a new faucet and a new in-line cut-off valve.  This would have taken me 2 or 3 hours to do myself.

Their price was fair and they were in and out in less than 90 minutes.
Very impressed!

We have had several great experiences with Singleterry Plumbing.  On the occasion, they could not give a set time, I had them call me when they were on the way so I didn't sit and wait; that worked great.  One time the plumber got held up on another job and since we needed the work done we told them we would wait for them if they knew they would be there that day.  Very fair prices and fixed right the first time.

DISHONEST AND OVERPRICED!

I had a problem with the pilot light going out on my water heater. I attempted to relight, no success. This had happened once before and I called Reddi-Rooter who came out the same day, afterhours and I was only charged a standard $30 service charge. Well, Reddi-Rooter wasn't available, so Benjamin Franklin was the 3rd person I called. First of all, they said if the service took place after 5:00pm it was an after hours call and would be $50. OK, I agreed to that. The gentlemen show up at my house at 5:01pm. I take them downstairs where they try to relight my pilot. I show them the email of the service Reddi-Rooter had sent me last year stating the problem. After being in my house 2 minutes, they return to their truck - spent 5 min in their truck. Returned to my basement where he pulls out his clipboard and explains the fees if they have to do any work, the minimal was $128. While he was explaining the fees he tells his co-worker to try lighting the pilot again. It lights. Then proceeds to tell me that I owed them almost $200. They were leaving my house by 5:10 pm. $200 for probably 2 minutes of work - never used one tool or even knelt down on the floor. The receipt stated he performed a Minor Assessment. No assessment was completed, he only knew what was wrong by the courtesy email from Reddi-Rooter. The majority of the 5 minutes spent in my house was him filling out the receipt and calling in my credit card payment.

Do NOT trust this company.

Quick story.. MVP replaced a shutoff valve that immediatly came off and flooded our basement! MVP agreed to a solution and will not answer our calls. Use at your own risk!

Cost me $1300 to clean up after this guy.

This dude is a racist. Maybe he will leave POC alone when patrolling property that isn't his.

service 1st came .... to the rescue I thought about 15 minutes after talking to him DAKOTA HUGHES ! he stated how terrible Bowers Plumbing was and that a company they recommended Padgett excavation was a terrible company , and he knows because he used to work for them??? I've never heard anybody put down other companies trying to get a job, well, we were desperate because we needed the job started right away and he knew it! The next thing was he said, can you pay me in cash and I'll start tomorrow so we gave him $2000 cash. He did start the job the next day. Completely destroyed the yard called me nonstop. Wanted to get the rest of the money. My wife ended up paying him another $8200. I contacted him and told him that we had paid him $1000 to match. He denied it, but not first at first he said yeah, I know I'll get with you and never did recently called him and he said I don't owe you nothing....!

I used this company via my American Home Shield warranty.  Originally they were unable to schedule me in until tomorrow but since I had no heat they were able to fit me in, I was told some time between 12-4.  They called at 1:00 said he would be at my house in 20 minutes (I got here in 15 & he was waiting on me).  He quickly found the problem, showed it to me and explained the issue, fixed it in 15 minutes.  I couldn't be happier and will definitely used them again.

Very unprofessional and vulgar towards women , I called him and asked if he provided service would he bill us. (meaning we didn't have the money that day)
he unclogged the drain then demanded payment or a post dated check right then , we explained I had just started a new job and when I got paid he'd get it. He sent me a text message almost every day for 2 weeks being unprofessional  using strong arm tactics and threats of taking us to court, until finally i had to block him. Then he refused the payment on the 7th so we would have to go to court , he said he would get us for more money in court. I saved the original money order he refused and the judge made him take it on the 17th plus court cost. It's sad with a name like faithful plumbers he wouldn't work with us , Very Poor customer service! Would not recommend!
