I really like working with Bowers Plumbing.
We needed help fast -- they came fast.
We needed them to keep the house quiet -- they worked quietly.
We needed to pinch pennies -- they kept the costs down.
And when I talked to Jim, he listened carefully, took me seriously, and was attentive and sympathetic to my specific concerns.
These guys are real pros doing pro work.

I used Dutchman's at my Parents 3yrs ago, and today at our home, and will use them again. Not only are they very Professional, but their prices are the lowest I've found for sewer clean-out. Call them for a price before hiring one of the Wichita companies, save $$$.

After 7 years of increasing plumbing problems it was clear we needed to replace all the old plumbing under our house.  So I went ahead and called Ballard Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.  They arrived on time, were very precise and did perfect work!   I'm very pleased.  Thanks to Brad and his team!

Scheduled an estimate for June 6th and she gave me a time between 3:30 pm and 5 pm.  Waited until 5 pm but no one showed.   Called them and said they had it scheduled for June 13th.  I made it clear to the person I did the scheduling with that I would not be able to do it on the 13th and she said she had some time available for the 6th and I asked her specially if the work could be done before the 13th and she didn't see a problem with that.   Very disappointed.

Had a drainage problem a few months ago and gave them a call late at night. Answered immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. They came out the next day (which was a Sunday!) and did a great job. Will be using them again for sure!

First and foremost, they had excellent customer service. They were able to work around my work schedule and come out to fix my sink. The guys were friendly and worked pretty quick. They told me the cause of the problem and gave me a few different options to fix it. Great attitudes, very professional, and pretty expedient!
