My first experience with Bowers Plumbing was better than I hoped. We just bought our first home and noticed something not draining properly. After seeing reviews about cost and timeliness, I called Bowers.
We scheduled for someone to come out, who called before they arrived. After we hung up, I got a text with a brief biography and photo. This put me at ease and made me comfortable with the person and service I was receiving before they ever arrived. It was a quick fix and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing!

I had an emergency and they came the same day, replaced a pump quickly, were reasonably priced, and cleaned up after themselves.  I will definitely use them in the future!

I had actually hired another company before I found Ballard Plumbing, and the first company I hired came out, requested for my hubby to remove the grey tape from our drain pipe and promised they would be back out that same day. To make a long story short, the first company didn't come back, nor did they call me. They left me with an open drain pipe! So, I decided to look elsewhere which is when I responded to the add Brad Ballard placed on this website. Ballard Plumbing was very professional, Brad came out on time, he explained to both my hubby and I exactly what needed to be done, and what it would cost. Did fantastic job troubleshooting my HVAC system after a major power surge at my home.  Pricing was on average with other competitors.  Showed up on Saturday and told me if I could wait till Monday parts would be cheaper to get.  And they were willing to let me pay in two installments if needed, which I didn't need to do after I got bill.  I highly recommend their services to everyone.

My toilet  and tub  Was overflowed and backed up the guy came to the door without a mask he went in the house he was going to take the toilet off and I told him know I'd like it to be snaked out from the utility room you left the screwdriver said he'd be back to get more supplies in a donut he never returned I called his boss Todd Todd said somebody else was going to show up this was for nobody showed I had an appointment at 11 with these people don't expect them to be on time don't them expect to wear PPE don't expect them to have shoe coverings either they wanted to charge me $255 the other guys came out this morning at 8 like he promised and it was only $140 I will Dutchman's Plumbing from here out

I called in the morning, describing the issue. Customer service stated they could have a tech there in 30 minutes. Of course, I agreed, the bathroom had been unoperational for several days at this point. The gentleman who showed up was polite enough but obviously not ready to address the plumbing issue.

He gave a $700+ quote to my father to roto rooter the drain to clear the clog and further told him that all the piping under the house was in desperate need of replacement and that would only be an additional $6500. He said that the quotes would be emailed to my email, and if we wanted to pursue the stated repairs, they would deduct the $60 house call from the final bill.

No, thank you! This experience definitely left a bad taste. They did not come ready to address the problem but to guess the issue and upcharge.

The problem was rectified by a local company that charged $180 to address and fix the issue. I also had them inspect the lines and was told we absolutely did not need new pipes. Current pipes are iron, tied up well off the ground, and have no leaks.

This is not the place to call if an issue needs to be addressed immediately. They come to give a quote and then schedule work at a later time. Also, keep in mind this is a national company, and prices reflect national overhead. We now have a go-to plumber, and this company isn't it.
