After calling several big names in the phone book that all told me they couldn't come out to my home for 3 weeks one of them was nice enough to give me Forshee's phone number. They came out the same day. The only thing I thought was strange was I was unable to pay that day I had to wait until I received a bill a week or so later.

Came home last night and didn't have water in the house. Believed the well submersible pump was bad. Called A Good Plumber' from the yellow pages because that's what I needed! LIL
An hour later He called and said he was on the way. We found out that my pump line had come loose and was hanging in the well. This was a good thing and I didn't have to replace the pump just the piping and wiring. Instead of $1200 bill it ended only being $419 for which was a good thing.
He also measured my well and gave me all the info if and when I do need to replace the pump. I was very happy with the quick service and the professional serviced Dale delivered with his 30 years of experience.

This is a review for 3D in Wichita, even if my location shows up as different. A tech came out to service my furnace. He told me there was a carbon monoxide leak, that the whole furnace needed to be replaced, and that it would cost north of $2,000. I called my warranty company and paid $75 for their tech to come out - guess what, no carbon monoxide. But wait, was my warranty company trying to save themselves money? At the risk of my life? Seemed questionable, but I got a THIRD opinion and no carbon monoxide. Bought a moderately high-tech personal carbon monoxide detector and still nothing. Smells like a scam. Guy didn't realize I had a warranty company. Just saw a woman and a freshly purchased home and thought he could make some extra cash.

First of all I want to say never post reviews. This case however warranted a review and I hope to save others from our awful, costly experience. This specific Hanna location installed two brand new Ruud ac units in our home 4 years ago. We were promised lower utility bills. Our bills have consistently been higher since installation of the units, and a lot higher. Additionally, we have had to have many service calls, most of which have not solved our problems. One example, at one point the thermostat basically quit working and they wanted $275 to replace it. Instead, I got the exact same unit on Amazon for $125 and all I had to do was open the box and plug it in. The last straw and the reason we are finally posting a review is that recently, after multiple trips out to repair one of the units, Hanna insulted us by coming back out and standing in the entry and telling me we needed a new coil. The technician said the part was covered under warranty but the installation was $600. He said he knew this was the problem because it is the only thing it could be, I am not kidding at all, that is exactly what he said! He never left my entry, never looked at the unit, never checked ONE THING and suggested a $600 repair, and again, that was only for labor. We called Hanna after he left and the lady that answered said part of the cost was filing a lot of paperwork for the warranty and that maybe we should try a Trane, I guess suggesting that we buy more new units from them after only 4 years. Anyway, the place is a complete joke. We had another company out that afternoon, they added freon and the unit has been working fine since. I would stay away from this place for both service and new installations.

We called MVP in the evening of 8/27/22 to unclog our sewer line. Mike came out soon after and got the job done - to the tune of $275, which is their flat rate for such a job....with a 60-day warranty. So on the 87th day the sewer backed up again. I called MVP Tues and he said he'd get to it after he finished the job he was on. To make a long story short, after 4 phone calls over 2 days - then ignoring further calls - I heft a msg to just forget it. Yeah, there's a good reason why he's been given 1 star by people.
