James helped me solve the mystery of cabinet doors that didn't close properly and came off on new hinges... studied the issue, tested solutions, helped source materials, and ultimately installed new face plates. Doors are secure, price was fair. James was very responsive on text and on time for arrivals.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

He came over my house at 10 pm to fix a busted pipe!!!!!!!! This was a last minute thing. I reached out to 3 plumbers prior to calling and all said that they couldn't help that night. Called hydro-rooters and he came to my house in 25 mins. found some problems with the piping and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very friendly easy to talk to, extremely clean. No mess left behind. His number is in my plumbing in emergency contacts.

Lee repaired our house after water damage and mold remediation left us with damaged drywall and flooring. He did drywall and painting, as well as installing tile flooring and a new toilet. Lee was extremely responsive with providing us with a quote and communicating regarding the contract and scheduling. He and his workers were punctual, professional, and adhered to COVID safety measures in our house, which we very much appreciated. The work was completed efficiently within the agreed upon time frame. The workmanship is excellent, we are extremely happy with the end result.
