I found Tony and Ruach Home Services on Yelp. Tony was very friendly to me and he made me feel at ease that he removed the drywall ceiling because of mold. He also removed the exhaust fan. After that, he added new drywall and installed a new exhaust fan. He finally painted on the wall. Tony did a fabulous job.

Good service, knowledgeable plumber who comes just on time.He purchased the misding material.

Brendan came to the house and fixed both of our fireplaces. Very prompt and professional. We were concerned we would have to replace the whole units, but Brendan was able to save them. Excellent company, exceptional service. Thanks Brendan and OHA!

I called around to have someone come out to look at my toilet that was leaking. I was looking at plumbing companies and somehow ended up leaving a message with James and he called back right away. When I realized he was not an actual plumbing company I was hesitant, but decided to give him a shot since his prices were right in line with the other companies AND he was very prompt to call back. Plus, I liked his voice because he seemed honest and sincere, so I decided to give him a try. He was right on time, walked up and introduced himself, shook my hand and went to work. He knew immediately what the problem was, went to get parts, returned right away and fixed the toilet. He gave me an invoice, thanked me for my business, and shook my hand again. It was such a great experience and when I need other things done, I will give James a call. Thank you!

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

I don't think I could be happier - this is a tough review to write.  My foundation was crumbling.  Luis came out and told me straight out what I needed to do - but he also was extremely good at telling me what I needed to look for in a contractor if  I didn't choose his company.  Who does that?  When I decided on his crew, I couldn't have made a better choice - they were professional, they were clean, they didn't mind one thousand questions from an honestly curious home owner - and the end result was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.   I didn't know anything about home repairs - Luis and his team helped me make choices that created the MOST BEAUTIFUL new kitchen space anyone could ask for.  I highly recommend them, just as they were highly recommended to me by a former client.  Would not hesitate to hire them again (and I intend to next year!)

Good communications, they were prompt, and clear about when they would arrive, how long the work would take, absolutely clear on price, good value. They were professional, did good work, no time wasted. Downside, there was some damage to the walls that was unanticipated, I think the job (idiosyncratic older structure) required improvisation, but some of the holes in my drywall were unexpected, despite assurances beforehand that they would not need to open up the wall.

Lee and his team did a great job of repairing a large hole in the drywall due to a pipe burst.  His team arrived on time and was able to get everything done in 4 hours.  The work consisted of adding insulation, replacing drywall, baseboard, shoe molding, 2 pieces of hardwood flooring, as well as painting.  He also repaired two other smaller holes in the garage.  Before the work, he would send out an itemized invoice to let you know exactly what materials he was going to use and the costs.  The pricing was upfront and definitely reasonable compared to other quotes I have received.  We will definitely use Lee again!
