Jed is great! He took care of some electrical work and an oddly-shaped wall build/drywall for me - high quality work done on the expected timeline, great communication, honest and responsive all around. I felt very comfortable and him, everything you want from a contractor.

Burst pipe happened near midnight the night before and by 9am David was onsite to assess our options. Got us a temporary fix so we could keep water through the house then first thing the next morning he was onsite with supplies. Him and his team rerouted a pipe away from the exterior brick to prevent another freeze issue down the road. Work completed this morning and you can't even tell that anything ever happened. Great work and a seamless process.

James just replaced three toilets for me. He arrived ahead of scheduled time and is an experienced handy man. The job was done well and toilets work great.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

I am a person who likes to get things done right , and not only did this company accomplish this -- they made it easier for me to achieve what I really wanted without all the stress of home improvement. We love Hector and his team.  Over the past year, they have done a lot of work in our house --- built a closet, fixed walls and trim, retiled bathroom, painted, and more.  They take great pride in their work and everything was done well.  The best part, however, is that Hector is completely reliable, honest, and dependable.  We can't recommend Hector enough!

Eduardo took great care in replacing our kitchen sink faucet.  When a part was missing in the new faucet he took the time to go to Home Depot and get the missing part.  He also noticed a valve needed replacing and he took care of that.  He will be my go to plumber from now on

Matt and his team quickly came to our assistance to replace our collapsed ceiling! His guys came the next morning. They were prompt, courteous, wore masks, and did a clean professional job! Lee is awesome. We bought an old house in Gaithersburg, MD and needed to redo the kitchen completely. We interviewed a few contractors and finally decided to go with Lee because of his previous reviews and competitive pricing. Lee was very easy to work with and very responsive if you need to find or speak to him about something. We were able to save some money by doing some of the demolition work ourselves. Lee installed new drywalls, ceramic tiles, relocated the hood vent, built a bulkhead above the cabinets, and replaced some damaged sidings. He also refinished the stairs treads and railings, built a closet for a washer/dryer and installed a new window in the in-law suite. I will definitely use Lee again.
