Had a refrigerator leak which ruined my laminate flooring and had mold damage to the wall and cabinets. Tony and his team did fantastic work for the water mitigation and fixing the damage. Tony was very responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. Will definitely be using this company for any (hopefully minor) future repairs!

David did an amazing job on my condo last week!  The floors in my unit needed to be completely replaced, the drywall needed to be repaired, the whole place needed to be repainted, and the Murphy Bed needed to be moved and reassembled.  I also needed two locks replaced.  David took care of everything, and he did ahead of the deadline we had discussed.  The best thing about working with David is that you can trust him.  He gives you honest and reasonable rates for his work, is transparent about the timing of a project, and communicates clearly.   If you live in the DC area and are looking for a handyman/contractor who you can rely on, David is your man!

007 Construction was great. I had a clogged pipe and had a previous professional come out to work on it who charged me twice as much and didn't fix the problem. I posted a request on Yelp and James called me right away and was able to get out the next day (could have been the same day but my schedule didn't work). James came out and with his thoughtfulness and persistence was able to clear the entire pipe. Would highly recommend him and will be having him back to do additional work on our home.

Eduardo took great care in replacing our kitchen sink faucet.  When a part was missing in the new faucet he took the time to go to Home Depot and get the missing part.  He also noticed a valve needed replacing and he took care of that.  He will be my go to plumber from now on

Last week I received a phone call from Precision Home Services regarding an up coming multi home cleaning service. This was set up by one of my neighbors (Mrs. Hawk) for better rate than by doing on your own.

A lady named Missy, had a pleasant voice and a professional attitude. She called to confirm contract work to be done for power washing our home.  She informed me that once the work was completed, she would get back intouch with me. 

One Friday a guy came to the house to power wash the grim off the walls, decks and steps. Apparently,  my house was the last in line to get washed. Due to the sunlight going down, he was forced to stop the last part of the power washing.

On Saturday I met the guy (We will call Manny) who was working on one of my neighbor's house. Manny told me he would be finishing off my house on Sunday. I got a look at some of the work that was done on my neighbor's house.  I liked what I saw.  This got me thinking about some things done to our house.

Upon looking up Precision Home Services, I saw they do a lot more things than just power washing.  There are several things I would like done with our house and I am planning on using this company to get it done.  

The power washing came out nicely, but there are some spots on the metal plating we don't like. This has nothing to do with the power washing itself.  Still, after doing some painting on my home, I got to thinking Precision Home Services specializes in painting too.  I will be sure to get an estimate on Painting,  Window Paneling and Fencing to name a few.  

I think this will be a very good company to get our home remodel with and I will be seeing them next Monday.  In the words of Adonis Donnie Johnson Creed, Let's Get It.

I needed an emergency home repair.  I searched Yelp for several contractors to call.  Most never got back to me.  Lee responded within minutes, and within a day, the repair was made.  While he was here, I asked about two different home improvement projects to which he gave me estimates within a day.  We will have Lee do both jobs.  They just finished replacing our deck flooring and handrails and did a great job.  When they tore up the old wood he brought to my attention that several of the footings/support were rotted and that they were not up to code.  It set me back a day, but at least I know my deck was fixed right and will last a long time.  Here is what impressed me with the company in general:  Timely and responsive.  That's a big thing with me.  I like how quotes and the ability to pay is done online.  The estimates are very detailed so you know exactly what they will be doing.  He is licensed, insured, and bonded... another big thing with me.  He has a small staff who worked incredibly long and hard on such hot days.  They were polite, friendly, and their finished product was fantastic.  It seems to be a very well run company.  He seems passionate about his company, his work ethic, and his employees.  I went to his website and was impressed with the all the types of improvements they do.  He said they sub out plumbing and electrical, but they do all the rest.  We will be using him for our next big project later this year.
