Offried Williams from the drain guys came to fix my gas water heater that wasn't working.  It was a simple fix of turning the pilot light back on.  What set this plumber apart was he explained how keeping the filter clean would help  prevent the pilot light from going out again, then proceeded to take the filter off and cleaned it in the sink and showed me exactly how to put the filter back on its track.   Not many guys would go above and beyond the way Offried did.  It was probably 10 minutes of his time but he made a customer for life.  Highly recommend these guys!
