Had a leak in the bathroom, so I reached out to Mr. Stokes. He was able to come the same day fitting us into his busy schedule. He was pleasant, very patient, and explained what he was doing to my very stressed out grandmother. He gave suggestions on how to maintain her pipes after he corrected the issue & his pricing was fair. For all that he and his partner did, it was worth every penny. I'm grateful for his help & would definitely recommend him to anyone who need plumbing work done. If you are paying with a credit card, there is an extra 6% fee attached to your bill.

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

I was dealing with backup from all water sources into our downstairs bathroom for 3 days trying to get our landlord to call someone. after many calls, Michael and Darren from Roto-Rooter Norfolk came out at 9pm and fixed the problem within an hour or two. they were very professional, personable, and i enjoyed the laughs we had at the situation. The technicians were very prompt and friendly. They did amazing work, and the pricing is very fair, I'm only docking a star because they left a bit of a mess. I found a broken screw on my floor, dry wall dust everywhere in the bathroom, which is to be expected because they installed an exhaust fan, but my sink drain was full of dry wall bits, and I think one of the technicians had a pencil sticking out of his pocket because there are pencil marks all over my walls now. Also, I think one of the technicians must have cut him self because I wiped a bunch of blood smears off the walls. Everything else was great though, and they were very professional and friendly.

I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

The team work of the persons at the site and the patience of the guy leading to explain their progress and the vision of the task at hand... I found to be impressive.

We had a pipe break next to the water meter the night of a snow in the area. We called the city who came out and looked, they said the pipe was on our side, and after trying to fix it ourselves we needed a plumber. The one we called Friday night wasn't going to be able to get out til Monday morning. Meanwhile we had no water. Saturday morning we weren't going to wait and called A1. They were out within an hour.

It took one young man an hour and a half on his knees in the snow. He took a break to go to the hardware store for parts since the standard 3/4 pipe didn't want to fit. It ended up around 2 hours with the store trip. It was under $300 and we're extremely grateful. It could of been much worse. I was ready to get a hotel for a couple days and still pay a plumber. But A1 were nice on the phone and able to diagnose and quickly fix the problem in bad conditions, that day!

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! I have used AT Large Plumbing twice. One both occasions they were quick, professional, clean and fair. 2nd job had to be quoted (due to cost ) the job was completed in a timely manner and well under their quote.  I will not hesitate to call them again.

This is the best place ever to get your HVAC work completed from. I had an emergency issue with my unit leaking in my ceiling. Ben came out and fixed it very quickly and explained the issue to me. I felt confident the issues were fixed properly and the price was amazing. They're not there cheapest but not the most expensive. Great quality and very reasonable. I recommend them to everyone.

I called yesterday because my garbage disposal decided to be nasty and give up in a bad way. They came right out this morning and got a new one on and everything back to normal quick. Great price, great guys. Walt is awesome. Thank you!!

Company said the workers would arrive between the timeframe of 0800 to 1200. They did not arrive in that timefram. No notice a out an estimated arrival time, delay on schedule was given until I contacted the company several times.

The workers, who finally arrived at 1300, provided a ridiculously estimated price to install a garage disposal.

I wish I could go lower than 1 star.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
