Best Septic Tank Cleaning in Virginia Beach VA

When Roto Rooter came to my residence they were very quick in resolving my issue. The problem is that it took me having three appointments for them to show. The first night no one showed up and I had to call to find out why. The second night I was told more than once that someone would be at my house that night. Didn't happen so I had to reschedule again. The third night the dispatcher promised that someone would come. He could me before the plumber showed up to inform me that the plumber was on the way. Roto Rooter is a great idea but I believe the limited technicians makes things inefficient.

I put a call in on a Saturday. My call was returned quickly and an appointment for my plumbing job was set for the very next day. I told Micheal that I needed to have three bathroom faucets in my house replaced as well as some other things. I was assured that the tech could handle the various plumbing issues. The technician came with a mask. He was easy to talk to and attended to each or my concerns. He worked quickly and cleanly. The pricing was fair and transparent. I will be having them back to work on electrical issue as well other areas in my house. I am hopeful that the future interactions will be  just as pleasant productive!

My mother (almost 70 years old) lives in Virginia Beach and hired David to do a plumbing job for her. She asked him to replace a toilet in the upstairs bathroom in her house. Come to find out the new toilet in the box had been broken... David told my mom it's okay. She went to get a replacement toilet from Home Depot while David told her he will wait while she exchanged the broken toilet. He carried the new toilet upstairs, installed it, and it works great.

I haven't heard my mom speak so highly of plumber in her entire life. Huge shoutout to David for his professionalism and quality of work. Thanks!!

17 Complaints with BBB over the last 3 years all for same offenses... apparently they have been practicing being shady and not above board for quite sometime.

Make sure you have a solid estimate and  and materials required to complete the scope of work to be performed.

OR,

Find another company with better ethics.

This company lacks competency and class with the Principals and Management.  

Needed a direct vent water heater installed...they recommended a more expensive, and un-nessecary, tankless boiler for 6k bid!!!
failed to give complete overview and cost of tankless boiler. Also, failed to state the new unit would also require power.

A-1 Sewer & Drain left the job incomplete! and un-able to pass inspection.

Reputable companies make sure jobs are complete  when they pull a permit and pass inspection . Hard to believe they have never worked with, or had to contract with an electrician on larger jobs like this.

Company told the owner it was her responsibility to hire and electrician to finish
their job and call for inspection on THEIR Permit.

A Reputable Professional Plumbing Contractor would have been able to get the necessary trade out to complete the job, if they couldn't handle it .

A-1 Sewer & Drain left the unit plugged in with electrical cord running from closet to bedroom.

A-1 Sewer & Drain is a poorly managed company that sorely lacks customer service and communication skills.

Do Not Trust. Stay Away.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! My husband is a real estate investor. The technician was supposed to meet at a prospective property to provide an estimate to replace an A/C unit that had been vandalized. The technician called me the morning of our appointment to let me know that he couldn't provide an estimate because we aren't the owners of the home. If it's against their policy to provide estimates unless you own the home, they should ask if you own the home when you book an  appointment. Since when do contractors not provide estimates for house flippers anyway? HVAC function is checked BEFORE you close on a house!

We called them with an issue at work. They came out first thing in the morning and were helpful with educating us with what needed to happen. When one of the workers needed advice, the owner Paul came directly over. Now THAT is customer service at it's finest!!!

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it.  Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.
