He gave me a great rate on a new water heater and worked around my other service providers to uninstall and reinstall the unit several times so that I wouldn't have to go without hot water for weeks and so that I could get the floor replaced without having the unit in the way. I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.
