Best Drain Field Inspection in Virginia Beach VA

These  guys were fantastic!  left a review 2 or 3 years ago, and I don't see it now.  Two years ago, two days before Christmas, our hot water heater went kaput, and we had no hot water.   I called several plumbers, but they either couldn't get out here for a week or they wanted to come check out the situation and charge us $75 for a quote.  I called All Time, told them what we wanted, and they came out that evening and installed it in no time flat.  They were the most reasonable on the cost of the heater and their time, too.  We have 3 bathrooms that need updating.  Guess who I'll be calling for my plumbing needs???  All Time Plumbing and Drain!!!

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I called for an invoice from previous work done on my home's septic tank. Not only would she not provide the invoice for me, but she made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her since the invoice has already been emailed to the client when the work was completed. She told me it was none of my business- that she can't disclose work done for other people. The work was paid for by the previous owners during closing when I bought the house because the septic tank was having some issues. It's completely unacceptable to withhold this information and to treat customers the way she did. I will not be using their services ever, and I will also spread the word that this business is not one worth supporting.
