My house started flooding, Maximum plumbing came within a few hours to save the day, without costing me and arm and a leg!  They were fairly quick, friendly, and you could tell he knew what he was doing.

I had two other plumbing companies out before Tommy, one who simply couldn't get to the drain issue and another who said both my showers would have to be ripped out to unclog and fix the issue. I called Half Moon to get a second opinion, to quote it, and to camera the drain. They got to the clog which nobody else could, and the problem that I feared would cost me thousands of dollars and weeks out of my bathrooms was only $175 and took thirty minutes. Tommy and his aide were amazing, Jesus-loving men who made sure I, a single female homeowner, was taken care of. What a relief!

Gary came out to look at out leak we had puddling in the living room, we thought it was a slab leak due to water puddling up on the outside of the island. Come to find out it was a slow leak from the dishwasher. And we got things underway to get it all cleaned up and fixed. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. We use Green Country Plumbing for all of our personal home plumbing needs as well as using them to fix and repair items at our rental homes over the last several years.  Justin has always been prompt and professional, even going as far as following up the next day to ensure that everything is working correctly.  I always recommend Green Country!

They damaged my property when putting in a water heater. They sent two apprentice plumbers without a journeyman supervisor on site, which is illegal. They did not pull a permit or an inspection until I insisted. I'm not even sure if they are going to be doing it, he said he will. We will make sure and send communication with the inspection department for Tulsa county.

The office ladies are nice except for they quoted my repair replacement at $1900 and then whenever the guys came they told me it would be $2400 because they had to remove the water heater door but then when they removed the door they actually just cut my door and damaged it. And they won't make it right or fix it. It's basically just a trim piece and replacing the hinges again And also replacing the siding that they broke but the owner is not willing to fix the damage that his people did.

When I spoke with the owner on the phone, he told me to get a quote to repair it and then he would just take the money off but I had already paid them because I paid them in full but then right after we hung up, he sent me a message and said he wasn't going to. Very sketchy,  

The owner said that the door is rotten, which is true. It has a couple of boards that need to be replaced but the door did not fall apart. The guys cut it with a saw. They did not talk to me before they did that. The water heater closet door will not shut now, and since it is on the outside of a double wide mobile home, if the door is left open, wind will blow out the pilot light. Plus cold weather will get to the hot water tank and make it run less efficiently.

The damage is probably $200 or less but the owner is willing to damage the reputation of his business and have a very unhappy customer who paid top dollar for a water heater replacement. They charged me $2,400. The tech said it was because they had to take the door off. So they charge me $500 to take the door off and put it back on but basically all they did was cut it and ruin it.

I am not willing to have a gas water heater replaced in my home by two apprentice plumbers without a supervisor journeyman that is not inspected by the county. I have three small children and I need to make sure that this water heater has been installed correctly and safely by these two brand new plumbers that did not have any supervision.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were recommended by our home warranty company. The plummer showed a day late, did not return calls, left without notice, made claims that other issues in the home that would require excessive money and time to fix but the new pluming company advised that there were no other issues. He cut multiple holes in the ceiling to find the  source of the issue but didn't fix anything after a week. No heat or hot water due to this companies incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a service call to clean out a sewer service line. Come to find out the line was broken to where they couldn't clean it out, plus they did a camera inspection. I was extremely unhappy with the quote to replace the service line, and the bill quickly jumped close to $700 for nothing to show for it. Needless to say, this was a big mistake and will never call this company again.

We called Sweets out on a Sunday afternoon because we had thought we fixed a burst pipe only to find out we didn't fix the whole problem and were in over our heads.  

We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday.  He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half.  

And hour and a half later, he showed up.  Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had fixed with better parts without saying anything.  He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be.  

Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality.  

Highly recommend this company.  We are actually going to have them come back out and fix different problem in the coming weeks.

Scheduled an appointment to replace a valve. Simple job, but I needed it done quickly and didn't have time to do it myself.

Result - No show.  No call.  May no longer be in business.  

I did the job myself and saved $115, so I guess that's worth something.

These people are horrible. They came late, broke things, turned off my water, left without fixing anything, then accused me of stealing the tools that they left. The new plumber that I hired said what did they do? This is horrible! Are you sure they were plumbers?. I've had nothing but a lack of communication and horrible service. Then they were unavailable when I tried to call. Refused to resolve the problem that they created. Left me in much worse shape than when they came.

I had DavCo come to my home when I had AC problem.
I figured I was going to have to replace my central AC unit. It started making a noise then stoped working.
One of the DavCo service members was at my home within two hours. I feel certain that response time depends on the number of calls they respond to. Sometimes it may be quicker. Sometimes it may take a little longer to take care of customers. I felt two hours was a good response time. Some of the other companies told me it would take two days before they would address my problem
When the service man told me that my problem was a fan motor and nothing worse I felt relieved. It did not cost me a fortune, only a fan motor. They could have told me that the entire unit had to be replaced. And I would not have known the difference.

Call them but no one ever called back. Bad business .They is a lot more people who are willing to answer phone or return your call. My advise stay away from this business..

Extremely rude over the phone.  Abusive.  I know about bad plumbers - this is one of them.  False advertising.  Avoid.
