Best Drain Field Repair in Tucson AZ

This is the first time in my 58 years on this planet that I needed a septic tank emptied. Of course, it HAD to happen SATURDAY NIGHT when everyone was closed. I called another company that said they would be unable to fit me in for at least a week and a half. They referred me to Fearless Contracting. They showed me when they got here that they DESERVE my business, AND YOUR'S! Fearless actually does the full and complete job, where others normally will ONLY open one of the covers, the inlet cover, and empty that side. They never open the outlet side (that goes to your leach field) in order to inspect the baffles, etc.

When they finally broke through the outlet manhole cover (which clearly had NEVER been done), they found that my baffles were clogged, not allowing any water to flow into the leech field. They cleared the problems and drained that second side. They certified my system as being in excellent condition after that issue was corrected. Now, I won't be calling them to say that my tank is already full. The service should last us for three to five years, depending upon system usage. On top of that, the service cost me a full $200 less than estimated! When does that happen?? They really treated me fairly on the service costing. I really appreciate that, and have made my FIRST EVER online review.

If you need septic work, or plumbing work, Fearless Contracting deserves your business, and has gained MY business for as long as I am breathing! I will go nowhere else. Thank you Fearless Contracting! In my situation, you COULD have taken advantage. Most every other company out there would have. You are a company with absolute integrity within an industry that is constantly dealing with the crap... really appreciate you guys.

Called regarding knocking pipe noises. Different techs came out, both made mistakes. One  give a estimate of over $1,000, another installed the wrong faucet outside. The owner came, said the employees estimate was wrong. The owner said that the knocking sounds were caused by high water pressure. But it was the company who installed a faulty pressure regulator valve. Valve was replaced, but knocking sounds have continued. His answer for the the situation is to have the house completely repiped. And he refuses to do anything else, but repipe the whole house. They are both incompetent and dishonest.

After 2 failed attempts by the store's 3rd party providers, I put out the call on Facebook for a good plumber (and one who could come on a Sunday) who could hook up my RO water system to my new refrigerator. At a friend's recommendation, I called RAM and spoke to Sammi, who assured me it would be no problem to get someone out to me within the hour!! Keep in mind that my refrigerator died sometime this week while I was away, and I discovered it when I returned Wednesday afternoon, so I have been without one for at least 5 days. Joseph arrived with a big smile, a lot of knowledge and a comforting attitude. He quickly assessed the issue, went to get the necessary part, and installed it. He instilled confidence in me that he would handle it, and he did! Thank you so much to RAM Plumbing, and especially Joseph and Sammi! Definitely WILL RECOMMEND!
