Best Drain Repair in Toledo OH

I highly recommend Sanch Homes Services. I contracted with the company to do deck repairs. They were responsive to my request for a quote and  did excellent work at an extremely fair price. I plan to use the company again in the coming year for additional home improvement projects.

There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars aren't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.

Steve has been doing work for us for quite some time. He is always very friendly and helpful. He installed a new water heater as well as adding whole house water shut off valves. He also installed new outdoor spigots. I would definitely recommend his services! He is a wealth of knowledge!

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. His trust is what made our transaction not just possible but a friendship for many years of his professionalism in his trade will cause me to call on him first  as his rates are worth his value & guarantee! I highly recommend him to you for your business and household fixes!

After 3 days with no hot water, the Water Pros came to the rescue.  Reasonably priced, arrived when they said they would and did a great job.

We called on a Sat night, they would have come out then but we decided that Sun AM was better for visibility and such.  Rates are very reasonable, staff is knowledgeable and they fixed our issues.  There is a reason why they use the word PRO in their name!

I have used this plumbing business on multiple occasions and they have been excellent to work with. They have been prompt, honest and reasonably priced. They have done excellent work with all of the projects I had them work on. I highly recommend S&K!

I'm leaving three stars because the crew that came to fix the sewer line were FANTASTIC, but our experience scheduling the service was a nightmare and merits ZERO stars.

They were despondent for months and when we finally were able to schedule a day, the crew were unable to find someone to perform a ground inspection. The city of Livonia apparently needed 24 hours notice to get an inspector out to the job- seems like they should have looked into that prior to arriving, no? They then told us they couldn't do the job. We had taken a vacation day from work to be available, not to mention we had waited months to have this work done. Understandably, we were hoping to find a way to make it work. We called Sewer and Water Specialists (Monroe) and spoke with Kim. She told us that she had never heard of that before and that the township was in the wrong because they schedule this type of repair 20 times a day and have never encountered this issue. We asked if we could call the township directly to try to request an inspector and she sarcastically wished us good luck and explained that they never do that. We called the city of Livonia. Guess what- they did do that.

So an hour and a half of this nonsense later, the crew stayed to do the job and had to work double time to get it done before the inspector arrived at 3- all because they were set up for failure by their back office support. But the crew was very polite and truthfully did great work. They took special care not to kill our plants and not once that day did they show frustration for the several miscommunications that occurred that morning.

Thank you to the crew for your help- Don, Scott, Amber and Kenny.  Here's to hoping this review will encourage better customer service or at least the utilization of Google calenders or Excel spreadsheets to help facilitate better planning and organization.

I was surprised with the straight forward honesty from this company. We bought a new house and furnace needed some work on the exhaust pipe going to the chimney. I paid for a furnace inspection and the repairman simply gave me a flat fee per foot to replace the rusted out pipe, the exhaust pipe very bad.No big up sell or other nonsense. Straight, honest, & to the point. He was very polite and the work was honestly fare for the price. All I can say is thank you and we are a customer forever. When we go to get a new furnace we will call you.

I do a lot of business in Michigan and California through Yelp.  I have never seen reviews like this... either 5-stars or 1-star... AND THEY ARE BOTH ACCURATE!  
Obviously a very nice guy and talented... until he decides he is through with you... whether the job is completed or not!
I had the same story.  Great communication, knows his biz, nice guy, good work... but a TERRIBLE BUSINESSMAN.  Why he would quote these jobs, do work, build relationships and then just disappear is crazy.  I actually thought something happened to him until I read these reviews.
Unfortunately for us, he left one part of the job (the sanding and painting) unfinished. Now, I have to find someone to come in and clean up his mess.  cI've been told I have a nice case for small claims court... and I may just try that route.  
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

Called to get an estimate for install. Took them 5 weeks to get out just to give an estimate which they had to reschedule once. When we finally did the walk through I was told I would have an estimate within a few days. 4 days later I got an estimate that was nearly $10k just to install a unit i already have. This is nearly $3k over what I expected. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of the estimate, because it had 0 details on what they would do, I was ignored. I reached back out and was ignored again. Clearly they don't want my business so they won't be getting it.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. The water is off at my house & the man who answered the phone was rude and offensive. Apparently they have enough business they don't have to be courteous on the phone or need my business.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!

Mancini is as assigned to me by my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty. I contacted them on a Thursday and we had an appointment set for the following Monday, 4 days later. He would never give me an accurate time just I'll be there in the afternoon. That Monday he did not show up or call to reschedule. I called the flowing day, Tuesday, to no answer. I called again Wednesday morning and finally got ahold of him. Told me he ran late on a job, which I understand, but the fact I never got a call to reschedule was unacceptable. On Wednesday we set a new date for the next day, Thursday, again in the afternoon. I called at 9am Thursday to get a better time as I am employed and taking time off for this, and no answer. Heard nothing all day and called again at 4pm to again no answer. I called my home warranty company to get a new contractor assigned and they said they will call and check in. They called me back and said they got ahold of him and he said he was still coming, this was at 5pm. Again never called and never showed up. Would not ever use this company again not recommend to anyone, extremely unprofessional and my home warranty got a new contractor.

Overall if I could give 0 stars I would.
