I highly recommend Sanch Homes Services. I contracted with the company to do deck repairs. They were responsive to my request for a quote and  did excellent work at an extremely fair price. I plan to use the company again in the coming year for additional home improvement projects.

Hired them to replace the railing on the deck.   The cost was reasonable.  They were quick to respond and finished the job with alacrity.  I was pleased with the result. They cleaned up the remnants afterward. I highly  recommend them

This is a great company run by great people. They can do it all. Camera your drains to find the proper solution, Unclogg your drains, dig up your drains with heavy equipment and replace,repair. They are very professional. 24/7 emergency service as well.

There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars aren't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.

Steve was great! He was friendly and professional. We called him on Saturday and he was able to come out to us that day!
We had some water leaking from the ceiling and he figured out where it was originating from. He started his work and and was done very quickly, when comparing to other plumbers we have used.
Steve did a quick education moment about how you don't plunge a high pressure toilet, thanks for the explanation!
He also helped with another visit for installing new toilets and shower heads! Reasonably priced and again quick!

I asked for a quote, he looked at the job and said it would be easy and started getting the few things needed to do the job. The job took about 10 min. and he charged me $300. I live in Monroe, MI and am looking for a good handyman.

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. His trust is what made our transaction not just possible but a friendship for many years of his professionalism in his trade will cause me to call on him first  as his rates are worth his value & guarantee! After 3 days with no hot water, the Water Pros came to the rescue.  Reasonably priced, arrived when they said they would and did a great job.

just had a horrible experience with this company. First my customer tried to call this company after hours last night because he has been working with them for more than 5 years. No answer and no way to leave a message because the voice mail was full. So, he asked me to call this morning because he lives in California. so I call first thing this morning, the person who answered the phone was a monotone depressed voice as I have ever heard. Just said Rooter pro not how can I help you, no name, no nothing. Then I explain the situation and she cant find my customer in their system. Then, she finally gets it. Then I hear in the back ground someone saying that he tried to call my customer back last night, if he really called at all. then this person says that they can get the tenant on the schedule, good. I further explain that this tenants son is graduating today and would like to take a shower. Yes, the tenant does not have hot water, sorry I missed that point until now. then at 11:43 I get a call from the same monotone voice saying that her technician is stuck at a job and cannot get to the hot water tank. do they only have one tech? did they not know that they had only one tech this morning? you have got to be kidding me what a mess of a joke and poor excuse for a company. it is now noon and I have called 3 other companies that said if I would have called this morning they could have got out to the tenant. pretty poor way to handle a customer I will be getting my customer another local company to work with.

I had them come out to repair my hot water heater.  They showed up on time, repaired it and were on their way.  I would highly recommend them if you need any work done.

We contacted John's to install a large window AC in our home. We agreed upon a price and job date, they even sent me a reminder 24 hours prior to our appointment. I took the afternoon off for our appointment and...John's never showed up. They did not respond to my calls or messages either--ever. I wasted an afternoon off and still had to find someone else to do the work. I would avoid this company, they are highly unreliable, unresponsive and a waste of time.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!

Scheduled an appointment with Sean Mancini to fix our 2 leaky shower faucets. He arrived on time and replaced the rubber gaskets in both shower faucets. After he put things back together we had only cold to luke warm water (no hot) in one shower and no temperature adjustment at all in the second. I fixed the one shower myself because I understood the problem but Sean had to come out to fix the other faucet with no temperature control. He claimed the faucet with no temperature control was now broken, despite not being used at all since he fixed it. He charged me for a new cartridge. Before he left, I asked him if he tested it and he confirmed he had. Unfortunately, after he left I tested the shower myself only to discover that Sean put in the new cartridge upside down so now hot was cold and cold was hot. He agreed to come over on a Sunday to fix but was a no show. Two calls into him both went to VM. My text was not answered. He only accepts cash or check. We paid with check so now I'm on the way to the bank to put a stop payment.
