Robert Welch came out this morning.  He called ahead 30 minutes before he got there.
He explained exactly what he was going to do.
Cleared the drain and told me what caused it.
After he cleared the drain he ran the snake the other way and cleared another spot that could have caused another clog later.  What I liked is he didn't just get the job done and leave.  He went over an above to make sure everything was as good as it could be before leaving.
