I called W.H.Masters and spoke to Alex and explained what happening with our water heater and he said tech by the Bobby will be coming out to checkout and service it, Bobby looked at the water heater and said this is pretty new under warranty and will try to replace it.  Alex called the manufacture and with serial number and had my water heater working in 24hours.   Alex did all of the calling to the manufacturer and replacing the new one at no cost. Bobby and Alex gave us five star service and I recommend using this business. They saved me time and money and got our hot water working fast.

I love love this company! Best service we have ever received from any of the companies that we have used to service our rental in Stockton. He saved us probably 10,000$ or more by fixing a septic system we didn't even know we had. If it had failed we would have to hook up to the city costing us a huge amount of time and money. Great service!!!!!  My pilot light on my heater was not functioning and Muhammed was able to come to my home within a few hours of my call.  After discussion we agreed to replace the heater.  He was able to complete the job then and there with a more efficient heater.  Very professional and efficient.  I am very happy with the new heater as the old  one was not the highest quality.  I highly recommend using this company for plumbing needs!
