Sherrie worked on my home by replacing one chandelier, two pendants, two light switches (to dimmer), and hanging a 26 lbs mirror on the wall.  She was professional, careful with the work (read the instructions in advance, etc), and asked for my feedback along the way on the work to ensure it looks good to me (light setting, etc).  She also texted me in advance so I knew she was coming (and she was on time).

The whole thing took four hours, which seems reasonable to me.  Sherrie worked efficiently as I was there the whole time.  Thanks again!

We have a gas furnace and wanted to add on AC to our existing unit. We contacted 3 companies for bids and Seatown was the most professional, prompt, and all around pleasant group to work with. Sarah Donovan from sales always got back to me incredibly quickly and worked with our budget to get us exactly what we wanted. They had a nice promo for 0% interest financing which made it easy for us.

Once we had the work day scheduled, the guys were prompt, professional, and came through doing an amazing job for us. Shoutout to Andy Carpenter our HVAC man and Micah Brediger our electrician for being incredibly professional and all around good dudes. Andy dropped a new C wire for us so we could run a new thermostat and worked his way through an old Seattle house basement through a maze of plumbing and ducts. Micah checked out our old panel and made sure everything was on the up and up and worked with us to get the electrical wiring as tidy as possible.

10/10 all around. The guys seemed to enjoy working for the company so that says something. Highly recommend for all HVAC and electrical needs.

Great service and fixed a long standing issue with our dishwasher plumbing. Prompt in returning calls and appointment.

Hunt's Services charges you real good for their advertising. I have a Prop. Management for my investment home in Renton, WA, so I had no say or choice in choosing a plumbing service for a quite large work and digging and fixing the underground broken pipe outside the home. In the course of the work, their workers messed up really bad, putting some pressure check through the pipes and the feces and urine exploded all over one of the bathrooms, splashing my tenant in the process. She demanded to not pay rent the following month in the snout of $2,100, due to the horrid experience and cleaning costs. Hunt's said they will refund the $2,100 towards my credit card, but I have never been able to reach their business office to talk about it. Further, they blatantly OVERCHARGED me $7,000 towards the final price of work. I had to dispute my credit cards to get it back because their business office or no one else in that matter, ever reached to me. If they talk only to the property managers, they never told them either, my manager found out about that while dealing with that pipe incident. Jason, or, The King Jason, I'm that matter, does not talk to customers. Loll That's that. Please read and judge my yourself, I'm happy to be done with them!

I hate to leave this review as I was happy to finally get to work with Beacon after all the catchy commercials I have seen over the years.  

I called asking about a tankless water heater and a whole home water filtration system thinking I would either be able to get some rough estimates over the phone or they would come out to give me estimates.  I understand the need for $75 service fees to prevent them from driving all over the place on bogus calls.  But in this case sometimes a business has to make an effort to make a sale.  This wasn't a service call, I'm inquiring about purchasing entirely new systems.  I do not have an expectation that they give an exact price over the phone but I also don't think they should charge me $75 to come out and give me a price. If you can't give me a rough price over the phone I don't see why I would spend $75 for you to come and tell me something is too expensive for me to do.  

I asked the operator if she could give me a rough price that I wouldn't hold them to because I don't have any idea.  Would it be $1000, $5000, $10,0000, or $25,000?    Just some general ballpark idea so I can make the decision if it's worth the risk to spend the $75 to get the exact price.  

It's unfortunate for me that Beacon has so much business they can operate this way but good for them.  

I'm giving 2 stars because they answered the phone, gave me information quickly, and didn't hell or scream and me.  

I wonder if Bobby Wagner can help me out?

If you live in King County, dont call these people. They claim they can do it, they showed up, collect your money, said cant do that and double report you. RIP OFF.

I m very angry with them. $300 for 15 mins and they didnt even touch a thing.

They advertise Terra lift on their website so we called them. We just got our tank pumped couple days ago from a different company and we want Terra lift and they knew what we want and said they can do it.

They came really quick, 10 mins they look around, my husband performed the drain test and gave them all the info. They didnt do NOTHING, didnt touch anything, didnt perform no test, and told us they CANNOT DO Terra lift because King County prohibits it. Oh Hi Hello? Then why advertise? Why came over for the Terra lift quote? They want to charge us $500 for their 15 mins of doing NOTHING?

My husband was so nice to give them $300. But me? I want a refund. They didnt do nothing. They know they cant do what we need but still come out to get our money. I M FURIOUS. SERIOUSLY. The guy name Thomas who likes red is a joke.

Yes. I will take me back the refund. My husband was too nice.

Take your chance and deal with them next, I have more than enough.

We had a one-star turned five-star experience with Beacon. A pipe burst on 12/23, flooding part of our basement. We shut off the water and called Beacon. The person on the phone told us that the earliest someone could come was the next day (Christmas Eve) between 2-6pm. By 6, no one had come, so we called Beacon again to find that they had no record of our call/appointment. We had given up on a plumber coming at that point, but to our surprise Beacon sent someone over within two hours. Our plumber Jimmy was super nice and fixed the broken pipe within an hour. Thanks to him, we had our water back on in time for Christmas!

I highly recommend Resicon for three reasons: cheaper than other companies, good quality, and great customer service. Airconditioning installation took about six weeks including my research for the best deal on yelp. The final installation price was lower among three companies. Also, I am very pleased with the communication via emails, phone calls, and texts. Craig had responded right away and was available for the estimation in-person next business day vs. other companies 2-3 weeks.
I am very satisfied with the result. My family get well rested nights and we don't have to worry about hot weather.

Every aspect of this company has been a great experience for me and my family. I'm a  busy exec and finding time is difficult, they were willing to meet my schedule. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our home.

The sale representative sat at our kitchen table and made us feel comfortable with the installation. The Installers were great, even fix our duct work that was incorrectly done by the builder Big Thanks. The electrician was very professional and friendly, we had a great conversation about the Navy, I'm a Veteran and appreciate that very much. The ladies in the office we very helpful explaining my permit paperwork.

The price beat the competitors by almost $1000. The complete package for our AC including tax was better than the intro price of the competitor before tax.

The paperwork for the followup inspection was completed and explained to me very clearly making my county permit inspect go smoothly done today.

I'm a fan and would HIGHLY recommend this company.
