Best Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

We just purchased a house and found out the washing machine hookups were done DIY with hoses totally exposed and stapled to a wall that was previously hidden from sight. Later I found out that one of the hoses that was feeding into another hose would spray water everywhere during the wash cycle.

We actually called Alki Sewer first since he was referred by a friend, but Phil, the owner, referred us to Green Planet. Justin was the head of our project and he was really down to earth and knowledgeable about his trade. There was also a nice young guy named Matt that was there most of the time as well as Luke. They all spent some time in our tiny crawlspace...bless their hearts! All very nice, respectful, quiet guys.

They tore out the drywall and installed all of the washing machine hoses the correct way--inside the wall instead of stapled on it. They also installed a very fancy recessed washer hookup system that sits inside the drywall so the washer can be pushed right up against the wall :) The pipes under the sink and in the washer area also got a full upgrade.

In addition they also totally fixed my leaky hose, caulked all my fixtures, extended a shower head that was too short, put in an expansion tank, and gave us seismic straps.

They also did everything for the plumbing permit--including getting the permit, scheduling, setting up for the plumbing inspection, and taking down the set up for the plumbing inspection. The inspector said everything was perfect. (They also didn't add anything to the bid price except for the cost of the inspection.)

Scheduling is really easy too--I called Weds, Thurs Justin draws up a bid, Mon it's done in one day. There was barely any time when the water was off--very efficient. I also like to comment that it's nice that the guy that did the bid also did the work.

Bill is wonderful.  He is timely, highly capable, courteous, efficient and very honest.  He does all my work on my home, office and rentals.  I couldn't recommend him more.

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement.  Called MV Plumbing who came out.  Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem.  Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank.  They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper.  They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable.  I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

my bathroom exhaust fan/light in the shower crapped out. I bought a new fan and Will installed it for me. Very personable and friendly service!

He didn't reply emails and calls. It has been a week. two emails and one voice message. I get that it is the busy time of the year, but he can just reply a simple message saying he won't have time. We had a toilet installed from him before. He did replied me promptly last time. I really don't get it..........

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Tech City Plumbing is, and especially Tim! This is our second time using Tim. Originally we were referred to Elvis (great customer service) who referred us to Tim because of availability. Number ONE: they are so honest!! Let's get to the point, no one wants to pay more than they need to. Tim was honest, and told us what we needed to repair but also told us things that didn't need to be done. He looked out for us. Number two: he responded to our request (arrived at our house) within 24 hours, both times! One of the visits we actually didn't have a problem, he showed us and didn't charge us. Who does that these days? I figured he would charge us a big fee for coming out, and instead told us that he values our business?!?! Where do you see that these days? I don't. The point is: when you hire a plumber, you look for integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Tim has all these. I would trust him with any plumbing job, big or small. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him. Look no further, go with Tech City and ask for Tim! Know that your money is going in the right place.

It's a really pleasure to have Jackson and his team to work with us! I live in Mercer island and the basement was floating at around 9 pm, everyone at home worked for almost 4 hrs and that when we reached AJP.
Fastest response and great job done among all. They checked everything and said the main pipe of city has been clogged. And helped a lot the following day to communicate with the Mercer island city hall.

I bought a house and I was drowning in priority projects, some of which were big ticket items.  The sewer line was from the 40s and needed to to be repaired and effectively replaced with a new one.  I had about six bids  and the varying was enormous.  Price Busters came in as among the most reasonable and I was really impressed by Zach's (the owner's) work ethic.  This was the best construction project experience I have ever had.  Zach's crew was efficient, hardworking and on schedule.  Most importantly thought, the quality of the work was outstanding.  The liner gave my house a brand new colon and I got to see the video of the final outcome.  They were so good that they got the pipe almost flush against the sewer main.  The crew has lots of skill fixing and lining older pipes.  Zach and his crew took great care of me as a customer, communicated throughout the project, and I enjoyed the entire experience.  I highly recommend Price Busters.  Go ahead and compare bids.  You'll see that Price Busters delivers excellent value.

We had Joe's 2 Sons out (3rd time) after the same toilet began leaking again. Given a completely different diagnosis then the first two trips. It almost sounds like I paid a significant amount of money to fix the wrong issue?

Or there may of been two issues and only one was fixed, and the second was misdiagnosed twice.

Either way I went with a different company to try and resolve an ongoing issue 2 sons was unable to fix after multiple diagnosis.

Jafco unclogged our kitchen sink on very short notice. We asked for a quote through Yelp, and they were out the next morning to check it out. The clog turned out to be much further back than we originally thought, and as a result, it took much longer to unclog. Despite having to do much more work than originally anticipated, Jafco offered to honor the original estimate. We really appreciated this commitment to customer service! They were responsive, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

I recently called lots of plumbers to ask some questions about installing a hot water tank and was unable to reach anyone until I called Black Plumbing and Blake answered the phone.  I could not have called a better person.  Blake was super helpful.  He answered all of my questions and actually gave me the history and what and why for for each of my questions.  Blake is super knowledgeable, and such a nice guy.  He spent a lot of time with me and seemed genuinely happy to do so.  He even told me to call him back if I have any questions and that he loves to talk about plumbing.

I know I will certainly use Blake whenever I need a good plumber.

Jose with JV Llumbing was great. Responded right away to my request for information and was able to get something on the schedule a few days out. Arrived in the time window we agreed on and got our new faucet installed without issues. Forgot to ask for an invoice when he was at our home, so I texted after he left and he got one to me almost immediately.

I don't know how long it should take to replace a faucet, so I can't really comment on the amount of time the work took to finish. Seemed reasonable to me. I would definitely use JV Plumbing again if I needed assistance with another replacement/repair.

Had a wonderful first experience with Top Gun Plumbing. Initial call was to fix a broken hot water line in the bathroom sink, but also had them replace a kitchen sink faucet that was leaking and rusted on. They had no issue with adding to the work queue and were very professional, gave the work estimate up front and got both jobs done in just over one hour for what I considered a very reasonable and fair price. Definitely going with this company for all of my future plumbing needs!

We've had the Wezee's team fix plumbing issues in our house four or five times now (everything from a new water heater to a water hammer issue to leaks). Each time is a great experience. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and always responsive.

The latest Wezee's visit was last week to fix a leak from our upstairs bath tub that did some damage to the bathroom below. I left a voicemail on their line at about 9:00pm. The next morning at 7:30am I had a call from Jennifer asking to schedule her team to come out that same morning. By 10:30 they were here and addressing the issue. Josh and James were very friendly and got the whole thing fixed in a matter of a few short hours. They also took the time to answer all my questions and had me reassured throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the Wezee's team! Couldn't be happier with their service.

Good work, excellent efficiency, and great communication from Otter plumbing! We had to get all of our pipes replaced and we are really glad we went with this company. Mike and his guys did some great work!

Ouch, ouch and more ouch!  Yes, they snaked the drain but to a tune of 350.00 later!

We had multiple plumbing problems and Vortex Plumbing fixed them all quickly and completely. They assessed our situation and sent a plumber right away. In their assessment they told us what needed to be done to fix our leaks and what they recommended should be done to prevent similar problems in the future. They gave us the option of fixing only what was urgent or being proactive and preventing future leaks. We chose the latter but it was entirely our choice.  Once the plumber arrived, he was quick, systematic, and considerate in checking off our problems one at a time. In one case the plumber didn't have the exact parts needed but he left and came back with the correct parts within an hour.  We have no complaints. (PS. The only reason I give them four stars instead of five is that none of our problems were extremely challenging.)

Fixed a leak with a tub spout on a Sunday.  Made sure the problem was resolved before they left.  Followed up to make sure we were happy with the service.  Price was in line with other plumbing services we have received.
