Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

The guys came out to clean roots out of the sewer line and give us a quote for replacing said line. No, they are not the cheapest but they are informative and professional. To me that is worth paying a bit more than someone that will probably do a half a** job. We will be using them again for plumbing work.

Contacted After Hours Services, got a text message back quickly. Set up a time for the next day (the water was turned off, so it was annoying but not an emergency).
Will came out. Found the problem. Patched the leak, by splicing in a piece of copper pipe. Good work; fair price; nice guy!

I've asked Bill to come over around 5 or 6 times and he also worked for a friend of mine. Always on time, figures out what needs to be done on existing construction (replacing a kitchen faucet today), works fast, keeps things clean, and never a need to call back. Never has needed to go fetch a part because his truck is completely stocked and organized. Very reasonable price (I pay before he leaves the house). It doesn't get any better.

Ben with Whitelaw plumbing is an honest and transparent gent, who works hard, making sure to never cut any corners, and all the while keeps a smile on his face. I would definitely use Whitelaw Plumbing again and refer Ben to anyone I know in need of a great plumber.

Sam was fantastic and I highly recommend him! He replied quickly to my request for a garbage disposal inspection, and ultimately a replacement. He came same day and arrived when he said he would. The price was what he quoted for the work and he offered suggestions to prolong the life of my new disposal. Sam was very friendly and worked quickly!

My toilet & sink backed up in my basement.  Called MV Plumbing who came out.  Justin worked for over 2 hours using a snake & camera to clear out the problem.  Discovered part of the septic pipe had collapsed due to tree roots and rocks. The next day Dave, Justin and Tucker came out and replaced the pipe from the house to the septic tank.  They cleaned up the yard and even fixed a leaking faucet and bathtub stopper.  They were courteous and did a great job plus their price was reasonable.  I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

They installed water heater in our house. The strap was not properly installed. I called them twice and they promised to come but never showed up.
Moreover, during the installation water pipes outside of our house, they drilled the base of our house and damaged our base board.
They hid it and did not let us know. Very unprofessional

I work in the Property Management field and encounter water leaks and plumbing issues on a weekly basis. In this industry I have worked with many plumbers, some good and some bad.

I met Elvis (one of the Tech City owners) because he was recommended by another property manager who used him frequently. I was quite happy with the service Tech City provided and now I reach out to Elvis and Tim (the other owner) for pretty much everything - water heater leaks, sewer pipe leaks, shower/bathtub leaks causing water intrusion to other units, troubleshooting sewer gas smells throughout condominium units, I have had them accompanying myself during unit inspections to check for potential plumbing problems, etc. The list goes on...

A couple of months ago the water heater at my own house started leaking. Immediately I gave Tech City a call and Tim was out the an hour later to take a look and educate my husband and I on the problem and solution. Our repair was pretty complex due to the age of the home and how the ducts and plumbing was originally installed. The next day (when we had decided what route to go) Tim and Elvis returned to take measurements and gather more information. They ended up having to re-work the ducts, install a 50 gallon tank on a stand. The 75 gallon tank we had that was leaking was just sitting on the ground. Thanks to Tech City I found out that is a huge no-no and very dangerous. They installed a booster on the tank so the water heats up quickly. It's nice because the water is immediately hot, we no longer have to waste water by letting it run for a bit to heat up. On the day of the new tank installation, both Elvis and Tim were at my home for an entire day getting everything running and to plumbing code.

Tech City is hands down the best company who I have done business with. If I call because I have a unit with an issue, I can always count on Elvis and Tim to respond right away. The homeowners are always satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer service they were provided.

I recommend this company due to the very fair with pricing, responsiveness, excellent customer service, the pride taken in the work they do, and the list goes on.

Called at 8 got a call back within 10 min and apt at noon, Don was right on time, quickly assessed the problem and told me how much it would cost and that he could do it right now. The price seemed reasonable for plumbing work and he seemed confident that he could solve the problem which he proceeded to do.

He cleared the line then scoped it out to the street. He showed me on screen where the clog came from (corroded concrete pipe) and that it would come back. I explained that my husband was not working and he showed me where to dig, how deep and gave me a shopping list for $20-$30 worth of materials and explained how to fix it myself, offering to come back if I ran in to problems but gave me confidence in my ability to do it myself.

He then made a minor sink repair at no charge and told me how to fix the reduced hot water pressure in my shower. Really nice guy, in and out in less than an hour and now I can take a shower AND flush the toilet - YEA!

No up-sell, no billing shenanigans... first 100% positive plumbing experience ever!

Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

I called Aros after seeing the reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. My tenants were having an issue with the shower handle being loose. I scheduled a free estimate online and Aros showed up early. It took him 10 minutes. He said he would find a replacement part and start there. He didn't think it was going to be a bigger job. He said he would schedule with my tenant for another time to come back and finish the job.

Later that same day he called to say he found a part for $29, and he would call the tenant and see if he could get back in the same day to fix the problem. He said it would take him 10 minutes tops. He called again later to say the job was done and if there was a problem in the future with the handle he would follow up. I haven't received the bill yet, but I know it will be less than what I thought I was going to spend.

It is such a comfort to have a reliable plumber that isn't going to price gouge you. Aros is wonderful to work with and I will use him again in the future.

Just want to thank Jafco's crew for another great project. We have an old home, and our sewer line was in terrible condition. Cracked and with tree roots creeping in. Jafco previously helped us repiping our home, and we liked how they worked, so we didn't hesitate to call them back. Brandon Z was on top of all our requirements. We even updated the scope mid-project as we realized that we needed more help with a new section that also needed relining. Brandon kept the communication flowing and was highly responsive and supportive. Even during the weekends (my bad). The crews came and got it all done on schedule in consecutive days. Max also helped us close out the project. He even provided us with a video walkthrough to see how the new liner was working. He even went out of his way to provide us with a new cap for the stack, he owned the support through and through and we are extremely grateful for all his help.

I've used Blake Plumbing several times for different properties over the last 5 years and always been happy with the service. Helped in both emergency situations and larger projects. Provided options so I could decide how I wanted to handle fixes and never had any issues with the fixes.

We had to have our drain system replaced. After a few quotes we felt Jose offered the best value -- he was very thorough in his quote and offered a competitive price. He was also responsive and timely in his communication and delivery of services. Our drains work great and we have much more peace of mind knowing this project is done, and done well. Highly recommend.

I've been using Wezee's Plumbing for the past two years. It's been a plumbing-intensive two years, and I've called on Wezee's for a variety of tasks, from installing a new toilet (with bidet attachment!) to re-doing our sewer to plumbing a new bathroom. I've been happy with their work and they continue to be my go-to plumbers.

I got started with them when I realized I needed to have the sewer re-done on my 90-year-old house. I'd gotten quotes for trenchless methods but didn't have confidence in the vendors. My housemate had heard of Wezee's and suggested I call them. They gave us a quote to replace the sewer the old-fashioned way--by digging it up and laying new pipe--and it wasn't any more than the trenchless quotes. We were happy with their work and have always called on them since. Louise, Zach, and crew are prompt, professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and they do good work.

So I called to get a kitchen tap replaced, they refused to give you a price over the phone, but once they get to your house they whip out a book and quote you the price ($600). Don't like it, well now you have to pay a $120 visit fee. Just be honest people, now I will never use you guys again.
