Best Septic Tank Installation in Seattle WA

I just had to let everyone know what a Genius Nathan was taking care of my plumbing problem today. I thought all hope was lost, but I found you guys as an Angie's List member and I'm so happy I did.

As a homeowner, you don't always have money laying around for life's emergencies whether big or small.

I just want to thank you for having Nathan as an employee because he saved me and my family during our crisis.

Our water heater suddenly started leaking so I quote Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing. They immediately replied my quote and arranged an same day appointment,

Tommy came in to inspect the leaking issue and suggestion to replace a new one as the old one has been used for 15 years.

The replacement was very quick, Tommy did the installation job very well, and so far so good!

i had sucked a dishrag down into my garbage disposal and it was seriously lodged.  A friend said it would most likely need to be replaced.

The tech came in and showed me a tool that should have come with the disposal.  i found mine in a drawer!  He explained how to use it to loosen the fitting and he was able to pull it right out.  Just charged me for the house call and saved me a $500 bill!

Used a while back for some work in the kitchen. Haven't had any issues since so quality of work was solid but very expensive with an hourly rate around $700 (the office is 7 minutes from where I live so can't blame that on travel time). Be sure to get a quote, or consider using a company that charges based on time worked.

Mike and Tyler showed up on time, reviewed the project with me, and got to work immediately. I have my water shut off valve in a basement closet and it is an old twist knob that was about 7ft high.  I asked them to replace the shut off and install a quarter turn valve. I also asked them to lower it a couple feet so my wife can access the shut off without a stool. All work completed in under an hour, including removing drywall and cleaning up the area. Definitely will use Otter Plumbing again.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Adam did an excellent job to repair the piping under my kitchen sink which had been improperly installed by a general contractor. He also fixed the loose faucet. Adam was responsive and quickly came out to service my home. I plan to use him for all future plumbing needs

Joe and his crew are awesome! I had my entire home re-plumbed and Joe talked us through every step of the process. There were no surprises as he was up front and informative with what could happen. He showed us the problem areas and gave estimates on any additional work that might be required. In our case we had to replace the line from the house to the mainline on the street. Joe told us that was a possibility up front and we were hopeful that line would be ok. When it failed and needed replaced Joe showed us exactly why and again was very informative. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship he and his team does. When he left his workers to handle the work they showed outstanding work ethics and did not slack off but worked very hard to get what they needed done for the day. We are extremely happy with the work and I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs plumbing done. Kudos to Joe and his team for a job well done!

My tub faucet wouldn't shut off due to a faulty valve, and despite YouTube and the DIY route attempt I was getting nowhere to solving the situation on my own. They sent Thomas who cheerfully showed up on my doorstep earlier than the expected time ready to perform the work.

He quickly evaluated the problem and started to disassemble the faucet (the water was shut off already) within minutes of my signed authorization to begin work. Took him over an hour to figure out the seating problem and make sure there were no leaks after the water was turned on again.

He noted my concern about future leaks by voluntarily writing on the agreement that the company will honor the work with a 3 yr work warranty!

I was skeptical of Thomas since he seemed too young but he proved me wrong, and I am glad because I now have water for the weekend. The price was in line with other plumbers and they ever provided a instant Yelp discount.

I never leave poor reviews unless they go above and beyond poor service. Wasn't even the service, the gentleman that came by was great and helpful, the charges were criminal. We thought we needed our main tank pumped as we had just bought the place recently. They diagnosed it to be a clog in the main sewage pipe. All they did was jet water through our sewage pipe and clear out our drain by doing so. They charged us 850 dollars for spraying water through our drain. They had all these fees that were all hundreds of dollars. 300 for the service call, 250 for spraying the water, 200! For the waste fee lol. And 100 for digging 3 inches into the ground that took 3 minutes. Crooks crooks crooks. Stay away. I spoke with a neighbor who also said they lied to him about a damaged septic tank and he went elsewhere to double check only to learn there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with his septic tank. Don't give these guys your business they are criminal.

My electric panel recently kicked the bucket. I didn't know what to do, I was so stressed. I searched around for an electric company and my sister recommended Beacon Plumbing. They were able to get electricians to my house hours after I had called them, props to them for being so quick! My panel was fixed the same day that it broke. I am leaving a 5 star review because Zach and Mike were very professional and courteous. I appreciated them walking me through the process and answering all of my questions, it really put my stress to rest. They took customer service to a step further and I cannot thank them enough!!

Wonderful experience! I tried to install a new faucet by myself, when I realized all my plumbing under the sink wouldn't work with the new faucet I bought. After hours of working on it with a friend and many trips to Home Depot, my friend called Tom around 7pm on a Friday night. He was out of town and couldn't come over, but gave us a few tips over the phone. We made progress, but ended up having to call back around 9pm after getting stumped again. He was super nice and very patient with us. He expressed how he wished he was in town so he could come by to help us (even though is was late on a Friday night). Eventually he talked us through it, and we actually fixed it (plumbing and all) ourselves! Thank you Tom for taking our calls so late, and going above and beyond for something you weren't even getting paid for. Couldn't have done it without you!!!

December 2017-January 2018: pump they installed one year ago has failed. Have called several times and left messages; no one ever returns my calls to repair a system that is well within warranty. Average of 0 stars and 5 stars = 2.5, but I'll round up to 3.

January 2017: Called regarding a gas valve and received an appointment for about 36 hours later. In the meantime, our sump pump failed. When Paul the plumber arrived on time, he also checked out our sump pump, scheduled emergency vacuum and disposal of the overflow sewage, acquired a new pump and installed it all within a few hours. Kind person and quite helpful.

These guys are expensive but are the only company I could get out to my house to fix a gas leak with my hot water heater. After waiting WEEKS for another company to come back after their initial assessment, Robison came out the day after I called and fixed the leak the same day. Thank you!

My mom called to get her AC fixed and they quoted her an obscene amount of money to fix it then couldn't understand when she told them no why she wouldn't have them fix it. They made her feel weird cause she wasn't going to just going to go with their quote and have it fixed. We will take our business somewhere else thank you very much!
