I have used Seatown for both electrical and plumbing work.
The electric work involved a new panel and some rewiring along with troubleshooting a circuit breaker that kept popping. All of the work was done above expectations and the work it took to figure out the problematic C/B took some real investigative work but was successful.
The plumbing folks were involved with the remodeling of a guest bath. Their work was similarly superb and they even troubleshooted an issue with my hot water tank that was not on their schedule.
I cannot say enough good things about the company and the people they have working for them!

Dean was really prompt in his response and fixed my damaged outlet issue in 30 minutes. He told me over the phone what the price would be about and it was just that. It was less than a 24 hour turn around from the start of my request. I'm glad I followed yelp reviews and used Dean for my electrical issues. It was quick and painless.

Best plumbing company I have experienced in a looong time. They were right on time, very professional and got the job done with ease. I don't know why all the negative reviews are for? Probably just a bunch of fucking cry babies who love nothing more then to trash companies on yelp to make them feel good about themselves. Anyway, I'd highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. You get exactly what you pay for. Ask for John Smith or Eddie!!!

Called Hunts regarding what we thought was a faulty hot water tank.  It was a Sunday.  They said they would be out and would call us in advance. We discovered that the problem was just a pilot light out and corrected the problem ourselves.  But before I was able to contact them to cancel they just showed up unannounced with 2 technicians.  They billed us $174.00 just for coming out.  We had a couple conversations regarding the issue and the bill to no avail.  They threatened to send it to collections if we didn't pay and would not even agree to lessen the amount.

Talked to another plumbing company about the issue  with Hunt and was advised that they are a pretty ruthless company to work with.

We would never in a million years use this company again and after reading all of the bad reviews (sorry we didn't check previous to calling them) we would recommend people stay clear.

I would not use them at all! We had drainage issues at our rental in Tacoma. They quoted us 4500 worth of work that needed to be done. We ended up having the city come out and inspect what was done to our home only to find out we over paid for what was done and it was all a total scam. They are the most expensive and do not do a good job nor do they do what they say they are going to do. We were told we were going to get a camera inspection of the pipes to prove that the pipe was actually cracked. This still has not happened. First the excuse was that his camera was not working, today it was that they were off on another job. Save your money use a different company!

Reliable, and was able to fit me in on the weekend same day no weekend fee! Price was very fair also. I would suggest them to anyone needing septic work done

Mike V. and Lorenzo were extremely helpful with my toilet issue.  They were able to quickly determine the issue and fix it.  We also asked for estimates on some other work that we wanted done in a different bathroom.  Mike took the time to go through all our options and even did a quick check on our garbage disposal.  We have had Mike out a few times in the past and he is always patient and willing to explain what he is doing and why.  Great customer service and all around nice guys!

Black Hills did an outstanding job for us on our challenging furnace/heat pump installation. We have a master suite that was added on by the previous owner in a nonprofessional way(DIY). It made Black Hill's job very difficult and we showed them the potential problems up front, but they gave their word they would be very responsive and make it work. They were quick to reply to trouble calls during installation and now we have an excellent HVAC system.
