Best Emergency Services in Seattle WA
These guys do quality work! They worked their tails off, through the holidays no less. They were very thorough and transparent in all the work they did. When they ran into unforeseen issues, they let us know immediately and discussed what options were available. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Bill is a GREAT guy and a GREAT Plumber !!!
I called with an emergency job - our kitchen sink was plugged up.
Even though he is super busy he managed to squeeze us in and took care of the problem the same day.

My home has a sewer ejector. Anyone who has one is feeling my pain right about now. Over the last 10 years I have had to self-service it approx 3x's/year. Not exactly a good time :-). I finally had enough messing around in other people's you-know-what. I called Erik D Plumber. He installed a new ejector and re-engineered it in my tank. Been over a year now. Not one issue since, so I decided to write a review. Couldn't be more happy - like backflippin' happy! And he backs up his work if there are any issues. Erik is the rockstar of d plumbers. You won't be disappointed...

My overall feeling left me unsatisfied. I used an awesome plumber to do some work on my house a year ago, but he lives in Bremerton and needs some lead time to schedule. I called these guys in a pinch for a backed up drain line (emergency call on a weekend). I did some snaking/rooting on my own before they arrived. I called at 230 and was told they would be here between 3-5. I had friends coming into town and plans for the evening so I thought that was good.
He showed up at 5:45 and then the fun begins. He did a quick look for free and then said that he couldn't give me an estimate to fix the problem without actually doing some work that they price by the job. He offered to snake the main drain from the sump for one price (we're talking $380ish just to do that: no camera, no guarantees that would fix anything. I was told if that didn't fix it he could do the laundry line that fed into the main drain for an additional fee. We're over $500 in at the estimate time just to do some speculating and exploring. I tell him no thanks. That's just too high. So he negotiates a combo deal to do both for the cost of the first. That's still high but I didn't want raw sewage coming out anymore. He roots em, clears nothing, and I get charged $380 for pretty much nothing. Left me feeling unsatisfied. He did install a p-trap, which was quick and done right, but at $157 that was expensive too.
He left and left the water line to my washer off but did come back of his own accord after remembering on his way home.
They will come in a hurry, but you will pay out the nose. They were willing to negotiate a bit, but I won't use them again. Not because of their skills, but their prices.
Update. I was contacted by management who was appropriately concerned about my review. They felt they could do more to assist me. They sent a man with a camera who did a great job showing me the problems I have and then scheduled a follow up with their underground manager to lay out some of my options. They also refunded some of my initial costs from my first visit. I was still a bit confused as to some of my options and feel that the price is still very high to remedy my problem. I have other quality plumbers coming to provide an estimate and if they are still ballpark ill come back and bump these guys up a notch. The second guy I had come out was honest and very good. The third was a little confusing and abrupt. Overall I feel the company has the resources and the intention to kick butt but pricing and some of my interactions have been a bit off. Kudos to Robert for making some of the initial bad taste go away.

Great best response I am able to correct the problem quickly. They were not cheap and the quote for additional services was very high. I certainly recommend them in an emergency

Used these guys in place of my regular plumber. Prices were good, finished work was good, couple hiccups.. no biggie. Scheduling was easy. Job was in Kent.

My dishwasher and food disposal were backing up into each other. I called the plumber *highly recommended* by my realtor... and ended up paying $875 to have my basement flooded with pretty significant damage. Think twice before you call this company and definitely ask the people who show up to walk through the house before they do anything.
Unfortunately, the two (very sweet but young and now, I'm realizing, inexperienced) techs who showed up didn't do a walk through first (of our 1943 house, which is... bound to have some nuances). They then immediately decided to jet, not snake, or even test a jet first, and flooded my basement causing at least $4k in damage. There were a number of misses made by this service and when I asked if I could talk to a manager before billing, I was told they couldn't leave the premises without getting payment. It made me feel very uncomfortable to have been forced into a solution not knowing any other options, forced into a price, and left with no recourse to challenge it.
Absolutely disappointed and feel very disrespected as a customer. Not to mention, still undoing the damage left. The silver lining: I called another company (2 Sons Plumbing) and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it without flooding anything and at HALF THE PRICE.

Had a water leak near my meter. They were one of many companies I reached out to for a quote. Theirs was the fairest and they were able to get to me the next morning!
The two guys that came did a great job.
Would recommend using this company for plumbing needs.

I had such a great experience with Price Busters Plumbing! Zack and Beau came out really fast, professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly.
I was stressing about the sewage leak from my building. It was all over the street, thinking it was going to be a very expensive repair...
Once they diagnosed the problem, Zack and Beau reassured me that it was going to be a small repair and no concrete would have to be removed. (Thank god) It was just a clogged pipe due to root build up. It would need to be blasted and some piping replaced.
Thank you so much, you guy's do excellent work for a great price! Highly recommend!!

I HIGHLY recommend Jafco for sewer repair. We had a big job that needed to be done on our external sewer line. I got quotes from Jafco and another well-reviewed company. Aaron from Jafco responded promptly, and was thousands of dollars lower than the other quote. He and his workers were professional and efficient throughout the process, and did a great job. The line was fixed and we got a county inspector to verify it. I will definitely use this company again for any sewer needs.

Consistent five stars between service both at my work and at home.
Just had them out again and it's all my spouse's fault. Spouse likes to do things like buy a cool new shower head at Costco and then just leave it in the box for four months. And then the dang shower p-trap was clogged again so spouse tried to use the magic coat-hanger they left us last time. Clearly there is technique to these things because spouse got the coat hanger STUCK. So after taking a shower with a sturdy bucket upside down over the metal sticking out of the drain (I don't want to win the Darwin Awards, thank you), I called Blake Plumbing again.
Janelle was awesome as usual. Brian was our plumbing expert today and he was great. He had that wire out of there so fast...knew exactly what was going on and how to deal with it. Boop...just like that. Done. He gets bonus points for not laughing at us, although we wouldn't have minded. :-) The new shower head is awesome and is far more useful installed rather than sitting in the garage in a box. Brian also noticed there was some calking around the faucet missing so he took care of that too.
At our request Brian also spent about 30 minutes with us investigating a non-functioning spigot in our horse pasture. Ultimately he didn't solve that little mystery (we didn't really expect him to) but we learned a ton just by talking to him and seeing his process.
Total bill $191.63 including tax. Part of me was hoping Brian would say, Nope, sorry. No way to get that coat hanger out. You'll have to remove the tub so you might as well remodel the bathroom but alas, no such luck. Dang, it would have been fun to tell stories about my spouse's $10,000 coat hanger. :-)
Thanks guys! You are truly awesomesauce!

Matt came out when nobody else would. He was not only professional and friendly, he was knowledgable and honest. He was very reasonable and worked very hard, manually digging up and repairing our broken water main. If you need someone fast and trustworthy, he is the only call you need to make.

We needed some plumbing moved as part of a larger kitchen counter replacement project. Our regular guy was out of town and we were on a timeline, so I got in touch with Jose. I texted a couple pictures and he said he could make it happen. This was all during a time of power outages due to a recent storm, but he kept in touch with me via text about when he could come. He arrived on time, and did great work. A plus is that he had his sons with him so they could learn the business too. He did a great job, moved the necessary pipes, replaced a leaky water shutoff, and even recommended a couple of other improvements we could make in the future, but nothing that needed to be done immediately. We will certainly reach out to him again for future plumbing needs.

Al responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Came out to my place, walked the loooong driveway with me down to the water meter. Answered my questions about the meter and shut off. Measured for a potential water line replacement. Patiently answered all of my questions that day and later on the telephone. Provided a complete estimate in 24 hours which included an option for repair vs. replacement. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were above and beyond. First class all the way.

In the past when they did not have time to look at something for me, Wezee's went out of their way to find another plumber from a different company. So I decided to call them again for a specific fix to our bath tub stopper and drain replacement. Thorin and Dan came over and said I should not sweat the drain replacement with our older plumbing unless we wanted to get into some major updates. Dan fixed the tub stopper while Thorin gave me a quick quote on dealing with some roots. They were quick, efficient, honest, and I will remember them next time for sure.

Troy H. was very respectful and knowledgeable. He provided all quotes asked for and never tried to upsell me even with our not getting everything done I wanted a quote for. His assistant Colin was also very nice and works well with the customer. Prices overall are decent. Only hiccup was our first evening appointment was canceled due to another job taking too long. On the plus side the dispatch called us to let us know and the company worked with me to get here on a day that fit my schedule.

I would give this less stars if I could. They asked me what time I would need to get someone out there. They said between 2-4. At 4 pm Jennifer, the scheduler(?) calls to tell me they won't be there until 5 pm. Then AT 5 pm, she calls to tell me 6:30 and then at 625, she calls to tell me that the person just got a flat tire. How convenient. After 630m, the lines were closed and I could not reach anyone. My guess is that they had their last call and then she pushed me to the next day when Brianna would be working and basically leaving me to be her problem. I think this is awful customer service and a complete and utter WASTE OF MY SUNDAY. And for the record, I will be reposting this on every website that allows you to provide a review. After waiting 4.5 and half hours on a Sunday, what's another 30 min? Also, if you cannot get through to them, there is another number posted in one of these yelp reviews that you can then actually reach a human being. I used that number to call back and let them know to not bother sending Rick in the morning. There is no way that I was going to take off work to have these people waste more of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also, I'll be posting of follow up of useful plumbers I reached out to who actually showed up on time.
