Dave made the process of getting my sewer line fixed stress free! He and his team worked extremely hard while in the rain and cold! Super responsive and quick to get the job done. Even with there being a few more problems found once we got to the break. Super thankful for Dave and his team. If you are looking to get some work done at your house I promise you won't regret hiring Dave and his team.

Will helped us with some plumbing repair work and installed co2/smoke detectors for us. He was really helpful, ordered parts, & was communicative. Highly recommend!!

Eric is by far and away my go-to choice for a plumber. He's fixed my disposal and replaced a water heater. He's prompt, attentive to detail, clean, and professional. His prices are very fair and his time estimate is spot on. I recommend him highly and will choose him when I next need a plumber. Be aware that there is an additional charge to use a credit card to pay, so you'll want to have a checkbook handy.

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

Mr. Rooter was the most price competitive of the 3 bids I had on sewer repair. Their initial project kicked off in a timely manner before being dragged down by delays. Eventually the project was complete - however no walkthrough or signoff occured. My project manager then quit Mr. Rooter. As the weeks went on I started to get calls asking for final payment, even got 1-2 offers to have people stop by to go over my project with me. Nothing materialized. Eventually they mailed me the paperwork and ran my credit card on file.

For $10K I have an allegedly fixed sewer and some paperwork from the city... However, I cannot recommend this company's customer service.

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you

We hired Vortex Plumbing to install a new 50-gallon gas hot water tank for $2,200.  Afterwards the inspector cited  3 violations of City and State laws stating a need for 1) Expansion tank on the water heater 2) Earthquake straps and 3) Exhaust vent to slope per manufacturer specs.
Later Vortex demanded we pay them an extra $500 to correct their 3 violations which they stated were add ons, and we refused of course.
Everyone especially Seniors (elderly) should be alert for extra charges or add on fees being assessed.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, to the point where they knew exactly what was wrong the minute I told them over the phone. They came promptly and fixed the problem. The guys who did the service were friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and left me 10000x less stressed than when they arrived. Best of all they were VERY safe when it came to covid practices. 10/10!

These guys are great.  Called them after I tried the standard remedies for liquid plumber, draino, vinger and baking soda, and plunging a stopped up kitchen sink. They had $89 special which seemed reasonable so I took a chance. Beau and Zack come out together to snake out backed up sink.    They were both good guys and knew what they were doing. Their first attempt failed as the power auger was an old machine and it only got 25 feet.  They went away and returned a couple hours later and had a brand new machine.  Within 10 minutes they had extended the snake to 35-40 ft and unblocked the blockage.  Unfortunately, when they pressure tested the drainage they found it was slow and there was some gurgling due to air in the pipes.    They installed a 'studor' vent to an existing ABS pipe underneath the kitchen cabinet and it helped increase the flow rate and eliminate the gurgling.  I thought the studor vent pricing was a bit high at $199 for 10 min of work, but it seemed necessary.  After they left I ran the washing machine downstairs and when it drained there was very loud gurgling in the kitchen sink!  I called Beau back and he said he would have someone come out the next morning.  This time Nathan showed up and he was a great guy.  Extremely knowledgeable and after looking at all of the house drains he concluded that the former owners had not installed the plumbing system per code - and the fact that I had only one outside vent was a big part of the problem.  He figured out a simple way to reduce the gurgling noise - by temporarilly removing the clean out cap under the sink to allow more venting.  He discussed other permanent alternatives and gave me a quote of installing a new studor vent.  I really appreciated his patience and knowledge in explaining my problem.  I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing problem.  They are nice guys - very knowledgable and good communicators and responsive.  They are also highly rated on Angie's list.

The team at Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing is fantastic! They are reliable and can make time to get out to your place quickly! For us, they were able to make it out the day we called. They are also up front about any costs, which means that there are no surprise charges. The technician who came out to help us with a leaking shower handle walked us through all of the options (from most expensive to least) for resolving the issue, as well as honestly communicating with us about whether the repair was necessary or not. We really appreciated their honesty and the time they spent diagnosing the issue. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs!

I can't recommend this company enough. Had a tenant clog a main line and they came out and located the clog, unblocked the clog, camera'ed the line all in about 20 mins and wouldn't take payment.

If you are looking for a plumber, I cannot recommend Blake Plumbing in Renton enough.  Aaron, the owner, provided customer service that went above and beyond.
From now on, they are the only plumbing service I will call or recommend.

We are a satisfied repeat customer!  Today, Matt came out to locate a water leak that the City of Bremerton water department notified us about while we were on vacation.  It was a very bad leak so we had the city turn off the water and when we got back into town, we called Matt at Leak Finders to help us locate the leak.  The conditions for finding the leak were as bad as they could possibly be: the ground was damp, there was thick layers of leaves, pine needles and big branches that fell during a severe windstorm a few days prior.  Plus, this is on a 3/4 acre property with the water lines traveling from the street up a easement path to our house (about 1000 feet).  We were initially thinking that there was no way Matt could find the leak under such circumstances, but he did!!  He methodically troubleshooted the problem through a series of steps including pressurizing the line and trusting his instincts as to where the leak was - he was right. We didn't know it, but the city water came up the easement path and  veered to the right side of a secondary building. He was right!  We highly recommend Matt and Leak Finders West.  If they can find the leak on our property, they can find it on yours!  I want to add that Leak Finders found a leak in 2017 on another property of mine which also had a really long water line.  Coincidentally, the plumbing guy we used to replace the water lines on the other property (Jeff at Eagle Plumbing)  told me to call Leak Finders West for this job (which I was going to do anyways) - saying they were really great!

I would definitely recommend JV plumbing Jose is awesome super responsive and a good communicator. He showed up when he said he would and was courteous and polite. They diagnosed my toilet clog issue and gave me my options. I chose a newer toilet and he ran and grabbed it at the supply house and installed it quickly and efficiently. Pricing was honest and fair for work. Will be calling him back for anything plumbing related at my home.

Noticed a leak coming from upstairs kitchen sink area last night and water dripped to the downstairs room.  I called a local plumbing company that I had worked with before and reached their after hours answering service. I was told they would call me back in the morning. I nervously waited till their office opened at 7:30am this morning to call them again, turns out they are all booked today so no appointment available. I was in a panic mode and literally called/emailed/yelped 15+ companies through Yelp and Angie's list. Got some flat out, no. we are not available today, and some non committal, maybe, we'll let you know some time, to others more helpful (an honorable mention/shout out to Bee's plumbing who scheduled me for first thing tomorrow and they were very understanding when I later called them back to cancel as I found Top Gun).

I dialed the phone number for Topgun plumbing around 11am, reached an answering service. I left my info, not really expecting an answer today but to my surprise, Al called me back within 30 minutes and we scheduled for 1-2pm.  I know that the scheduling is hit or miss as no company can really control their schedules in this line of work, so just thought I was lucky today.

He showed up on time, has a large truck that carries what he needs. He was professional and courteous. He gave me a write up after looking at the situation and explained the items very well. We actually asked about another plumbing problem (downstairs bathroom sink also leaking) , that he looked at and said he can fix it during today's visit. He finished both jobs in about 1.5  hours, and double checked to make sure both sinks were working without leaks and left the areas clean.  Because of COVID, we purposely stayed 6 feet apart, wore our masks and when i asked him some plumbing questions, he was very patient in answering them, and gave straightforward answers that a non plumbing person like me can easily understand. The total cost came up to be $415 today. Plumbing repairs are definitely not cheap around here but the overall experience was really good , from the initial phone call to completion of the repairs, so to me it was worth the cost to just get them done timely. This is coming from me who has had prior bad experiences with no shows, delays, and one time someone had to go to the store to look for a part for 2+ hours, then came back and charged me time for those hours (after they had previously come by a few days before to give me the estimate...you'd think that they would have prepared the right part before they show up to actually do the repair...).  So I'm definitely keeping Al- Topgun's number for future reference.

Wezee's is my go to Plumber! I had worked with some other plumbing companies previously and then I was referred to Wezee's. Wezee's has done all of my plumbing for the past 6 years. Wezee's is very easy to work with. They reply right away, are easy to schedule work with, everyone is kind and knowledgeable. They are patient when answering questions and do excellent work. I have never had to call them back to complete or fix a project. Lastly, I have never felt ripped off. A+ in my book

We just had Farmer, a plumber with Soutwest out to fix a leaky faucet and they came out as scheduled and fixed it within an hour. It was a complicated faucet that required special tools. They were professional and did a great job. This is the second time that they have come out. About a month and a half ago they came out and cleared a clogged drain to the washing machine. Again they did a great job that included a video inspection of the main line that showed that it was old but OK and not in need of additional work. I appreciated the honest feedback. I would highly recommend them.

Seems like a scam. They offer coupons for $60,  but refuse to provide estimates without an in-person visit, while the dispatch fee is $100. At the time they arrive you have a sunk cost of $100 and they can quote you anything they like. I imagine most people agree and are taken in for a ride. Yelp folks -- don't put yourself in a position where a contractor has leverage over you. Most estimates can be done based on photos, description, etc. (at least ballpark).
