Aros was great. Punctual, knowledgable, friendly and willing to patiently explain what was going on in our weird sewer encap set up. He made solid recommendations...understanding the difference in costs and benefits of various options. I will certainly use him the next time something is wrong. NB: he only serves single family homes so look elsewhere for condos/town homes.

We had 2 great experiences with Done Right Plumbing.  The first they showed up 30 minutes after calling to fix a completely blocked toilet which ended up finding a mis-installed pipe grading. Several months later they came out on same day for another issue. Always insightful and helpful each time (I learned things about my home each time, for better or worse). They even set up replacing my toilets within 3 days to fix an issue with our pressure. Great company, will continue to use for all my plumbing needs.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Emergency plumber taking advantage of you in a dire situation. Won't give an hourly rate over phone says tech will quote you when they get there. After waiting 24 hours for tech to arrive, and water has been shut off during that time to prevent flooding in my basement, he quotes me $600. I can refuse and continue with no water for another 24 hours trying to find a reasonable plumber, but of course we need the water now; and they know that.
So I paid over $600 for a plumber for less than an hour of work.
This is a scam, don't use ALLY.

Had them come out three weeks ago for a squeaking ceiling cassette. They cleaned them and I think that was the problem.  Big reason I called was to replace a broken wireless thermostat from one of the cassettes. Said they would get back to me in less that 2 days.  Nothing.  Called again and asked how the bid was coming.  After three weeks nothing.  Not very reliable.  I have done my part to get service from them.  Should not have to call twice.  Calling a different Mitsubishi servicer.

Joe and his assistant installed an under-the-sink water filtration system for us.  He did a wonderful job!  Not only did he explain what he was doing and what all the parts were (I was curious about this) but he was very patient and kind.  Joe checked everything twice and made sure that it was working well before he left.  He is experienced, thorough, and competent.  I would hire him again to work on our house.  I agree with a previous review:  this is solid, quality work!

It is correct that they offered to reschedule but not later that day because the person on the phone didn't know and couldn't find out how long the meeting would go. I called at 12:30 for a 12:00 pm appointment and was told the meeting had been going on since 8:00 am. She simply said I could reschedule it. I declined because I had already taken time off from work for this appointment, over 2 hrs of wasted time, and time off to meet two other contractors, both of whom were on time. I wasn't going to take anymore time off from work and risk Washington Water Heaters again being a no-show and settled on 2 instead of 3 estimates. When a customer calls to get an estimate for work and the guy doesn't show up, who is going to reschedule?

Very friendly and reasonably priced. The plumbing and heating specialist was on time for the scheduled service and was very knowledgeable of both our furnace and plumbing needs. We will definitely reach out for any related services in the future. Thank you!

We had an emergency toilet overflow issue and got immediate response on a Friday evening. He shows up on time an fixed or issue within 10 min.  Clearly a rue professional and someone who cares about his customers and doing quality work.  He also has heating and air and we have a plan for  servicing that was half of what we paid at a large local company who did bad work.  We can't say enough!

$2500 was estimate and paid 80 for them to show up ,  kicked them off my property.
Called Bob's plumbing $1500 no service call fee.    Your. _ st______d.   if you can't see the savings . Do not pay fir there TV commercials  get real value call Bobs plumbing. Honestly the best everything

My water heater went out Saturday morning.  The plumber we originally scheduled with - canceled last minute.  It was 5pm. I came across Green House Plumbing on Yelp. They were so helpful. They came out at 8am the next morning. Fixed our problem in about an hour.  They were in uniform and very professional.  Definitely will recommend them.

We heard about Craig & Resicon from two neighbors. We hired them to put in a new heat pump/AC and we could not be happier. The 4-person team was very friendly, totally professional and even took extra time to help me find a solution to a walled-off duct. We rarely do big house projects like this because so frequently things go wrong! The Resicon guys made sure everything went right. My husband is particular about workmanship and he is thrilled with this job in every detail. The price was very fair, and Craig made sure we had the right system for our situation. I totally recommend them!

We called Hunt's Services after another plumber had left us high and dry.  Hunt's came and installed our shower fixtures..  We did think their charges were a little on the steep side but they did a good job on the installation.

Came to snake out drain  On job less then 20 minutes charged $1625.58.  That's what happen when a new mother just home for the hospital with a new baby is FREEKEN.  They took advantage of the situation and overcharged by telling us that they would have to clean line all the way out to the street.  This was after they ran a camera in the line and found it was plugged a few feet from the house at a clean out.  The cleanout was 12-15 inches below surface and it took no time to fix.  I would never use Beacon and I do not recommend they to anybody.

We had Darrell and Thomas out to replace our entire kitchen drain line.  We have an old house, and the previous repairs, not done by a licensed plumber, were causing problems.  The guys worked so hard and did an amazing job making sure everything worked perfectly.  Darrell is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and clearly cares that the work is done right.
Plumbing work is definitely expensive - but if you want the work done right, you have to go with the pros.  Skill and expertise are worth a lot! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Don't. Just don't. They will over charge you, they won't fix it and you will have to call someone else. Basically, they are a bunch of crooks.

So our blower motor went out in our furnace originally installed by Black Hills in back in 2005. I called them to come check it out and they did on Thursday 27 JUL 17. He said it was the motor and he would order it and it should be here by possibly Friday but Monday for sure! Nothing we spent the whole weekend burning up in the heat. Monday came and I called for status on the tech coming out and the bubbly teen on the other end of the phone said our part would not be in for 7 to 10 business days, are you high?! I was told no later than Monday now its two more weeks and the heat is over 90 to 100+ all week. I had a friend get me the parts and fixed it myself with just two hours and saved over $500. Stay away from this place, unless you want to be disregarded and treated like an idiot.
