Best Doorbell Installation in Seattle WA

After Hours Services Plumbing Service
Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Fixer - Seattle Plumbing Service
When we had an appliance delivery that wouldn't fit in our front door, the door was removed including the hinges, and didn't go back on straight. Finally got tired of mentioning it to my husband and searched for a handyman on Yelp. Got matched with Fixer, scheduling was a breeze. I was able to text photos ahead of time. Our Fixer was out to my house on time, and straightened out the door quickly. He also installed our smart lock for us. I think the price was very fair, and he did a great job! Didn't drag it out for more money which is always a risk. Will definitely use Fixer again!

$215.00 for a kitchen sink strainer that would cost me less than $25 at TrueValue. WHAT!!!!  $202.00 for a 1 1/2 P-Trap...$30.00 at McClendens Hardware. ???? I had a plugged kitchen drain and plunging wasn't doing the job. The pipe started to leak and water was all over the kitchen floor. We called SW Plumbing to come fix our clog. The plumber took one look under our sink and told us we needed new pipes and the old plumbing job was done incorrectly. He would have to re-plumb the entire thing, including the pipe that lead to the downstairs drain. Total cost for that would be $1500.00, however, this did not include the $277.00 he charged me to remove the old pipes. We had a leak in our kitchen faucet and I had bought a new faucet at HomeDepot for $30.00 and my husband was going to install it. He asked the plumbers to install and the cost was $123,00. My husband also didn't want to do the bathroom faucet, which I had bought new for $50 just for the look. The plumber took one look under the bathroom sink and concluded we needed new pipes there also. We have never had any trouble with draining in the bathroom, the pipes were fine, but my husband wanted the faucet installed. The plumber told him when he does a job, he wants to make sure it is done right so went ahead and replaced all the pipes, valves, and hoses while he installed the faucet. Ummm, this was a total of $502.00. I want to say this, the plumber did a good job, he knows plumbing. The trouble is the prices were outrageous and it seemed to me he was selling us plumbing we didn't need. Our total invoice was $3,333.83 (included a $75 coupon). Our kitchen clogged on Friday and we had them over on Saturday morning. They were on time, got the kitchen drain flowing again, but charged the crap out of us! SouthWest Plumbing got a big fat ZERO for price gouging. The plumber got a couple of stars but he should grow a conscience and work for another company.

Hunt's Services Plumbing Service
I called Hunts services to schedule an estimate for leaking under my house, and told the rep that there was water leaking in my crawl space.
Very clearly detailed, multiple times, that a crawl space was involved.
I was advised there was a $60 charge to come and provide estimate on work needed. Accepted the info and booked the appointment.

Technician showed up, and informed me that the$60 charge is just to come knock on my door and talk to me, that it's an additional $227 to actually GO inside the crawlspace to determine problem and next steps.

He informed me that they drive all over the place and if they gave free estimates all day they'd go out of business.... So instead they try to charge almost $300 to give you a quote on work needed.

I spoke with the customer service rep after turning the technician away, and told her that they need to be WAAAAY more transparent to their clients when telling them of the charges to provide estimates..

Seems both technician and customer service rep, while friendly enough, could only come up with excuses why there are these fees that they charge.

FYI.... an alternate plumbing co has been by..... the technician spent HOURS with me starting with going under my house to locate the problem and then in great detail went over the situation, the remedies, the pricing and the estimate timeline to complete the repairs. Didn't charge me a dime just to provide a detailed estimate.... and was only interested in HELPING me.
That is the company that will get my business.

Hope this review helps you to make a fair and well informed decision for your plumbing needs.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
$1120.00 to replace a leaking shower faucet. The technician was at our house for 2 1/2 hours. He did not have to cut into the wall or anything. Everything was accessible by just removing the cover plate. Simply put I'd be embarrassed to charge someone that amount of money for the little work he did.

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
Absolutely horrible and unethical company!  I hired them in good faith to install a new faucet.  This was at least the second time we used them. So, I was comfortable.

The installer used screws that were way too long. The screws went through the wall and into my dishwasher, which ruined it.

At the time we had no idea why our dishwasher was not working. We only discovered it after we bought a new one and the installer pointed it out to us. The installer did a great job taking photographs of the damage caused by Beacon plumbing.

We promptly contacted Beacon plumbing and relayed the information to them. The manager, a coward named  Mark Jensen, quickly dismissed the damage they caused saying they were not responsible despite the fact that an independent person pointed it out to us. This person also took great pictures to prove his findings.

The manager, Mark , a total jerk,  denied any wrongdoing and refused to make it right.  We paid them on time for the services that they provided, but when we found out they made a mistake, they did not own up to it.

Fortunately, we are financially able to survive this fiasco. If you were looking for quality, ethical work, please look elsewhere. You will not find it here.  This is a horrible company, with a HORRIBLE manager.

Also, please take the time to see how Marc Jensen responds whenever someone confronts him and posts a negative review on here. He never takes ownership of his mistakes.  Instead, he takes a defensive posture and blames his customers. Clearly, he has no idea what customer service looks like.

Mr. Jensen, please have a blessed day :)
