As always seems to be the case, we had a plumbing emergency arise on a Saturday. We contacted Shane at Professional Plumbing and he was able to come assist within a few hours. He thoroughly explored our issue, explained our options, and repaired/replaced the needed equipment all within a few short hours. I would highly recommend Shane to friends and family and will call him again should any plumbing needs arise.

No service: the call center person forgot to enter my call. It's not the end of the world for me but when I've rearranged my day to be available for a three hour window, I like to be remembered. I won't be using Mr. Rooter anytime in the foreseeable future.

Less than a year into our home it's been a slew of issues. This weekend our water heater failed on a Friday night with a new born in the house. Dave and crew came out and fixed our problems expeditiously! Never excited for emergency repair but super thankful to be back up within 24 hours. Highly recommend them.

We had a difficult situation and they did the best they could. We appreciate Blake plumbing for following up after the fact as well

Very unprofessional. They came to my house and REMOVE our current insulation.. told us they'd come back and get a part and 10 minutes later had a secretary call saying they would not do it for the price they initially quoted.

I should have written this review years ago. Josh has been helping me on two properties for backflow tests and winterizing my house's sprinkler system always with excellent service and reasonable pricing. His wife, Leslie, who handles scheduling is way organized.

We had an extremely complicated boiler job that we needed help with. We tried multiple different companies till we came access Todd and his team of specialists.
I had a pretty trouble some boiler that we were dealing with for quite some time. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. When they came out, they had to do some diagnosing but once it was pin pointed, they got on the repair very quickly.
It's a been a few months now and the issues has not returned! I can't thank them enough for finally fixing the issue we had spend so much money on prior trying to fix!
Thanks Team Allred!

So far, we're thrilled with Seatown. I sent out a ton of quote requests; they were the first to respond and first to quote. When I was feeling overwhelmed with all the different opinions, Bryan came over again with a no-BS opinion and we compared all the estimates.
For someone who doesn't know a thing about electricity, I deeply appreciated the extra time he took to explain things in layman's terms. Repeatedly. And to not drown me in up-selling other products.
We have them scheduled to install a fan in our bathroom and I'll update afterwards!

Hands down, the best. I have used them for years . . . for plumbing, water heater replacement, new furnace, and new air conditioners. They are totally reliable, do excellent work, and have the best customer service. Omid has always been very responsive, and saved us when we had an emergency water pump leak on the morning we were trying to catch a plane. Happy to support a local family owned business that is so reliable!

I want to thank Steve Anderton (I believe he's the owner of Mill Creek Plumbing?). He has installed two water heaters, fixed two plumbing leaks, three toilet seals and replaced one water heater gas regulator for me. This last job he did for me made me a very happy customer. I had an electric water heater that shut off and would not restart. I called him on his day off and explained the situation. He called me back shortly thereafter to see what was going on. He said he was busy doing some projects around his own house, but when I explained the situation, he said I'll be there in 30 minutes. He came as promised, diagnosed my issue as an electrical issue and fixed it within about 20 minutes. I was taking a hot shower about 45 minutes later!! Thank you Steve for being willing to follow up and ensure your customers are well taken care of. Sincerely, your customer in Snohomish oldtown.

Collier Plumbers arrived on time and had a fill valve to my toilet replaced super fast. Previous plumbers told me the supply pipes were clogged. Not so! Thanks Collier Plumbers.

My elderly parents had a toilet leak they said was coming from the base of a pretty old toilet, which made me worry just turning off the water line wouldn't stop the leak. Being a Friday morning, we were worried about it causing quite the mess over the weekend.
Called a couple of folks I'd used in the past, but they weren't available until the following week, so reached out to these guys because of the reviews.
Rigo called me back quickly and was able to get to my folks place within the hour.
He diagnosed the issue and text me photos so I could see what he was seeing and what needed to be done.
It was a special ADA toilet for my dad but he was able to get one from his supplier, along with a line that was updated for code (the old one wasn't) and got it installed by the afternoon.
Did a great job, cleaned up everything very well, and reinstalled the bars my dad uses.
Was very happy with the quick reply, the communication and the quality of the work.
These guys are clearly on my go to list for the future.
Thanks Rigo!

Austin and his crew are professional, wore masks during their visit, and got the job done.
I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.
The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.
I strongly recommend going with B & J for your plumbing projects.

I called them since I did not have hot water to my kitchen but everywhere else in the house. I tried to do it on Saturday but could not figure it out.
They came on time today; maybe even a couple of minutes early.
Very personal and kind; went to work to see what is causing the issue.
He thought maybe needed a new faucet but in fact he found some issues with the pipes being clogged.
They did not charge me expensive like most plumbers has especially in the end of May 2020.

I'm sure they do great work, but that was not my experience. A tech came out and poked deep holes in my yard then claimed he needs to use heavy machinery because my septic tank is 4 foot deep. I got an estimate the next day for over 2k. I called another company out and they found my septic tank within minutes using the county posted diagram that this company also had. My tank lid was 10 inches deep. They were wanting to tear up my front yard and over charge me for it. Shame on this company

It's good to know that when you're in a crisis and not in the best position to advocate for yourself that there's a company that will come along and take total advantage of the situation to charge extortionate rates. We made the mistake of calling Beacon in a situation where we needed a water line connected so we could turn our water back on. They were clearly nearby based on arrival time and were here for less than fifteen minutes, most of which was assessment, and only about three min of which was actual work. For this they charged nearly $500 dollars. This would have been a $1500 hourly rate. They hide behind the flat-rate pricing explanation, but even flat-rate pricing should be based in some kind of evaluation of time and difficulty involved, and this was just exploitative. I suppose they have to pay for all their ads to keep getting new customers sucked in, since this is not a recipe for getting repeat business. We certainly won't call again. We are more than willing to pay a fair rate for expertise and service, but we know now that this wasn't even close to fair for the job.
Update: their customer service response was to call me less than honest. They did not offer any transparency around pricing or explanation as to why they charged $500 for a job that generally is priced between $85-$150 dollars.

We had a great experience with Butterfield. We are in the process of doing a bathroom remodel and we had Jared come out and update our 70 year old plumbing. He provided prompt, high quality work and was a very polite and courteous house guest for a few days. Most importantly to us, they seem to be an honest and trustworthy outfit. We will definitely call on them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Matthew, (Matt), was really friendly, efficient, and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. He was great!
