I first contacted Backflows Northwest via their online scheduling system. After a few days with no response I decided to call and schedule. This was 18 days before my testing was due, so I was scheduled for sometime in the next two weeks. After 14 days of receiving no indication that testing was done, I called and was told that I had been scheduled the previous week but due to an emergency with another customer my testing was not performed. I had not been automatically rescheduled. Since my deadline was approaching, they offered to schedule me ASAP and file an extension with the water company on my behalf. After three days with no evidence of testing, I called the water company and was told no extension had been filed.

At this point I called again to cancel my service request. Bottom line, make sure you are given an actual date for service.

I was very happy with the ease of scheduling, the fact that I didn't have to be home for testing, and the friendly folks I spoke to over the phone, but lack of follow through is very disappointing.
