Sadly, I feel like I should modify my original review.  We had a bad shower handle causing a horrible drip so had both handles replaced.  One still wasn't quite right but if we gave it a hard turn it was ok so we lived with it.  Like most folks, we were just too busy to deal with it but after a few months, it's starting to get worse so I reached out to Ricardo.  His response was he only guarantees his work for 90days (it's been 112).  I hadn't even asked him to come back out under any guarantee.  Just wanted to get the drip fixed before it gets really bad.  I think the real issue is that Ricardo is a handyman and not a plumber so would keep that in mind before contracting him.

The experience I had with Anar team is the best so far. They were very responsive. They came on the same day as I needed them to fix a number of stuff before our move. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Most importantly, he is a hard worker and trust worthy.

Good handy men are very hard to find. I am so glad I was able to find Nick and he was able to help us out with a door repair project.

The owner of the condo upstairs hired Norman, from San Mateo Handyman, to find and fix a water leak into our bathroom downstairs. Norman was at our home a number of times; to find the source and then to fix the leak. Our ceiling drywall was opened up to help him locate the offending drain valve, which he replaced. He then installed new ceiling drywall, expertly mudded it several times, then painted to perfectly match our existing enamel. The ceiling repair is perfect. He does great work! We will definitely call him for any repairs and other handyman work in the future.

Jeff (Chuck's brother-in-law) helped me to install my curtain rods, and did an amazing job!

Viktor changed a faucet in our kitchen sink.  He arrived when he said he would, did the job very quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. He was very polite.  He wore his own slippers not to mess up our house.  His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for any plumbing problems.
