I am 100% satisfied with VIP Plumbing, held and operated by Vince P. Our 20 years old water heater was still working but started showing problems with the temperature of the water. Vince came to evaluate the problems the same day. He does not charge for the visit, unlike others who would charge just to give you a quote. We agreed that it is better to replace the heater than to wait it to create more problems. He gave me a very reasonable price for the replacement including buying and bringing the heater and all parts needed and came a few days later to replace it. He impressed me as a very knowledgeable specialist. He installed a pan under the new heater that was missing but required by code, installed also an expansion tank that he included in the total price, even though it was not mentioned in the original quote. The new heater was 2 inches taller than the old one, so all pipes needed some adjustment. The job took nearly 3 hours with a short lunch break. I received a one year labor warranty and, of course, the 6 year manufacturer warranty. All in all, I am very impressed by Vince's work.

I called the plumber to turn the water off in the shower. He was not very clear in explaining what he thought the problem was and seemed more interested in getting sure he was going to get paid. At first he quoted $389 to turn the water off but when I said I was going to consult my son on the phone first, the cost came down to $245. He had to go back to his truck to get a special tool.

Eric (who's the business owner) was super responsive when I first reached out to Aqua Logic for a quote on installing a water softener at my house. After we agreed on the installation price Eric and his partner showed up on time at my house for installation.

The installation went smoothly except that my floor was flooded a bit during the process of flushing out hard water with newly softened water because my house had considerably old sewer drainage system overall. Eric went above and beyond to help us drain the overflowed water on the floor very quickly.

The next day I noticed that there is a small leak at one of the water pipe joints where the water softener was installed, and then I reached out to Eric for help. Eric and Jake were very responsive to accommodate my request and they showed up next morning for inspection and completely repaired the leak under their warranty.

Overall my experience with Eric and Aqua Logic was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this business!
