I needed several things done quickly- replacing a leaking garbage disposer, leaking faucet, a new RO system, a refrigerator line and all that needed to be done quickly. Vince was very prompt at providing an estimate and recommended the right RO system (which works great)- the one I bought was too slow to refill so I exchanged for the better one. The quote was easy to understand. On the installation day he was prompt and completed everything needed in one evening. The best part is the warranty on service and the peace of mind. I would surely use VIP plumbing again.

My sewer backed up early evening and Edgar arrived on time and worked hard and fast on a challenging issue. The service office was friendly and dispatched the technician within 30 mins of my call. We had several options and while we had to use multiple of them, they were clearly laid out and explained to me. Edgar was polite, friendly and professional.

Eric explained everything clearly, provided his professional recommendation on water softeners to consider based on our needs, and answered all the questions we had about maintenance. During the installation, Eric and his team arrived on time and finished all the work without leaving any mess on the ground. I'm very happy with how organized the whole system looks in our Garage. Eric would explain how he plan to layout the pipes before the installation to make sure you are happy with the design. After the installation, he also carefully checked that everything is working well and explained how to replace filters in the future to us. I've already recommended Aqua Logic to some of my neighbors.
