Best Routine Maintenance in San Jose CA

It started with an overwhelming odor of limberger cheese and rotting anchovies emanating from our sink. Since we hadn't eaten either of these things, we had to conclude something was in the pipes. Enter James from Ace Plumbing & Rooter. He agreed with me about the odor and set to work right away. He had to bring his heavy machinery into the house and went through two pairs of gloves to clear out all of the black gunk. The pipe is clear once again. And oh yes, he also cleared out another sink clog. Thank you James and Ace for coming over within a few hours after my call and fixing the problem. You are the best!

Eric and his team did a fantastic job of installing my new water softener + pre filter. They showed up on time, helped me moved the stuff out of the way and unpack the tank. After installation, he also taught me what does each valve means and how should I control them during maintenance. The whole process is smooth and efficient! Highly recommend Aqua logic!

We've been using these guys for awhile now.  They did a major upgrade of our sewer line several years ago.  Best recommendation from Moshin was install a clean out in front of our house for those just in case.  We went ahead and invested in a trenchless replacement of our sewer line.  Best investment cause tonight, we needed our sewer line snaked.  I know they were busy but Mo did not hesitate to send a tech immediately it was going to be a quick service call.  Sayed came, snaked the line and in a few seconds, we hear both tubs go bloop, and the everything drained immediately.  Service was efficient.  Cost was affordable.  Response was absolutely wonderful as if we had our own plumber next door.  God bless these guys that provide a quick turn around.  Moshin, you guys are awesome as always.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!
