Our repair requires running a wire from furnace to AC unit through the sub-floor with a small space.
In the second appointment, the technician spent a few hours to run the wire but did not make it work. He proposed using WIFI wireless connection instead of wire.
In the 3rd appointment and 4th appointments, the technician was still not able to make the wireless connection work due to the weak signal.
Honestly speaking, the technician works hard. But he did not make it works after 4 appointments.
Due to COVID 19, we (seniors at age of 96, 75 and 65) are very concerns about the technician in and out of our house. We need to prepare the social distance and do the thoroughly cleaning after the appointment.

Finally, the owner came and fixed it finally.
Even we got a lot of troubles during total 5 appointments (mainly due to COVID 19), we still recommend Fuse HVAC for any HVAC repair. Fuse HVAC is very professional, good quality job, very responsible.
